Pros:

La habitación muy buena y con las comodidades que se indicaban en la reserva. El hotel muy bonito, con una estupenda ubicación, super centrica a un costado de la catedral san marcos. El personal muy atento y servicial, el desayuno muy completo. Adicionalmente destacar que el hotel cuenta con un lobby a disposición de lis clientes con la finalidad de que puedan esperar o permanecer ahí luego de que realizan el check out. Tambien tienen servicio de custodia gratuito para cllientes el cual funciona las 24hr, también y como ultimo para destacar, tienen agüita hervida y hay tesito a disposición del publico así que nada que decir 10/10, fabuloso.

Cons:

Demasiado ruido de noche, yo pensaba que era algún pub cercano, pero eran otros pasajeros que tenían su música a todo volumen, nos pasó ambas noches. Los colchones en mal estado, las almohadas no eran cómodas . El ascensor parecía que se desarmaba, muy antiguo el hotel y las instalaciones eran mas bien de hostal
