ENGAÑO Y MENTIRA
Pros:

Nunca llegamos a alojarnos. Reservamos porque tenía cochera y cuando llegamos al lugar a las 10 de la noche, nos dijeron que no tenían cochera. Tuvimos que salir a esa hora a buscar otro hotel ya que teniamos el vehiculo cargado. Muy feo....

No ingresé al hotel por la pésima atención.
Cons:

En el check in la persona que estaba en recepción, me dijo que no había estacionamiento a pesar de haber solicitado un espacio y no buscó ninguna solución. Estando con niños tuve que buscar otra opción. Deberían contratar personas con vocación de servicio y dedicación

Es necesario revisar camas y renovar estas por que ya no están cómodas para su uso.

Las instalaciones ya están viejas, se entiende que este inmueble es un patrimonio, pero necesita más mantenimiento, las camas viejas con resortes qué se sienten al dormir
