Tolle Lage, direkt an der San Marcos Kirche und Morro. Frühstück sehr gut.

Un hotel que no garantiza privacidad

La ubicación es excelente, el personal me trató muy bien, el estacionamiento es cómodo por el hecho de que es parte del hotel.

Cons:

La toallas manchadas, la habitación en sí no es como se veía en las fotos y requiere de bastante mantenimiento. Mucho ruido y no había privacidad ya que las cortinas no cubrían bien del otro lado. Es decir cualquier persona puede mirar por mi ventana mientras yo estoy dentro de la habitación. Para entrar al estacionamiento es necesario avisarle a la persona lo cual es bastante incómodo porque está a la vuelta del hotel. El desayuno No es que sea tan flojo, sino que si uno no llega temprano se queda sin lo bueno. Y tarde le refiero a las 8:30. Una locura que no tengan suficiente para todos. La habitación muy pequeña.

Pros:

Ubicación, personal amable

Cons:

Es algo antiguo, mucha escalera para transitar hasta el ascensor, falta flexibilidad con el desayuno, sobre todo pensando que Arica es una ciudad de paso (tristemente) y que los vuelos matutinos son temprano.

La habitación estaba como en una ampliación con un acceso incómodo. Me he quedado antes, y tienes habitaciones más bonitas.
