Here for one night. Attendant let me have a ground floor room. Motel dated, but fairly clean. Nothing special, but good for my deeds.

Located near where I was working. Vehicle with trailer was safe to park outside the office area. Various food choices within easy driving distance. Room was comfortable (I'm very easy to please) - may not have been for others. Helpful staff member assisted me with the passkey - it took a couple tries to get used to how it worked.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed felt good, it was a overnight stay. Lots of places to eat close by. But there were freight train tracks close by and you can hear the whistle blowing early morning. But it was a good place to stay and the price was right..

Bed comfort was good. You have to buy your own food. Hotel was clean and very quiet.

It served its purpose and gave my family and me a place to sleep, the rooms were very outdated, the carpet in one of the rooms was disgusting, broken towel holders, and burns in the sheets. Beds were old and you could feel the springs. The area seemed ok, was very quiet and we had no issues with noise or parking our vehicle. Check-in was easy and fast.

Was looking for a place near the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor's Center that was affordable & bug free. The room was just that - 16mins from the VC & no major issues. Now the room itself was rundown & had defects, & the shower water pressure was low, but for an affordable place to crash for sightseeing it was good.

Lost our reservation and roaches in the room

Located outside main Williamsburg, you’ll be driving to anything in town, but located decently close to downtown. Quiet, clean, friendly and communicable staff. Would stay again.

Nice quiet place to stay while visiting Williamsburg area.

The A/C unit filter was so old and clogged that I had to remove the filter to cool the room.
The floor lamp did not work.
The light in the vanity area didn’t work.

Booked a non smoking room ending up with a smokers room. Manager was nice he tried to do his best. Definitely wasnt what i was expecting.

Has what you need bed and fridge and quiet area. Service is great

The rooms were so smelly , musty burn holes in comforters

"You get what you pay for!" Its kinda like a roller-coaster! Cheaper, if you get it on Hotels.com. Very thin pillows and very thin sheets. No bugs but, I think the bugs are scared of burning to death! The TV is so dark that its hard to see. Old ratty furniture! Im trying to add photos of the BURNT RECEPTACLES but, the "add photo" section of the review isnt working. Trust me, It's SCARY!!!

We originally booked a Non Smoking room on Hotels.com website but once we got there, the representative insisted that we booked a Smoking room and that room smelled like people have smoked a lot in it.
We finally got a different room which it was okay.

Hotel room was in great shape. Very peaceful area and the people at the front desk were helpful and friendly

Property was very quiet like I wanted/needed it to be and it still was around stores I needed.
