The help I’ve got from reception with Jany , the owners and staff were very nice..
Everything
Nothing
They are always accommodating to me. Like the staff.
???
The bed and hospitality
No windows
There was a big brown stain on the sheets when we got into the room. We were not pleased. But we were too tired to say anything. It was very disgusting and unacceptable.
Things were not keep full or at least some in, like the sausages and eggs.
Juice didn’t work.
Coffee was empty.
Our refrigerator in room didn’t work.
The entire premises smelled like animal feces and urine, inside and outside of the rooms. There was garbage under our bed in 226, and the shower was filthy. There were dust bunnies on the walls. The bed was not comfortable, and my husband and I were itchy all over by morning, so we are guessing bed bugs. All together I will never be at this facility again, you couldn’t pay me for it. Also the fact that during booking we were asked what tip we wanted to give on top of the $150 we paid, and this was the facility provided, unbelievable. And the guy tried to make us pay a deposit… pretty sure it would have been his pocket change if we wouldn’t have tried to pay with our card. I don’t know how you run a business and expect tips and good reviews. I would have rather slept in my car!
It's terrible there, the guy at the reception is very grocery and doesn't say hello, I think he's of Indian origin
It's simply a place where people of a low level arrive, I don't recommend it
Horrible place
Looks like a run down motel. Tons of cars that have been sitting for a while with snow piled on them. Tried to cancel ahead of time yet front end person refused. Probably because they need the money to keep going. Its such a bad location & dirty place
clean rooms bed comfortable
When you’re on the road for 8 hours with a baby, the choices are limited. And of course, you shouldn’t expect a roadside motel to be a Hilton. But below you’ll see what you’ll get for $155 with tax. No, not $50. $150 damn dollars. It’s just a stable that no one has ever cleaned. There are positives. There was hot water. But there was no desire to wash in that shower. Get some free advice from an experienced traveler – rubber slippers, a towel and a sleeping bag should always be in your car.
Nothing
Dirty sheets, room had a strong odor, alarm clock thrown on the floor, dirt and vape on floor
The room was not clean. The air conditioner had thick dust on the front of it, there were many flies, spiders, ticks and flea larvae in the room. Also, the coffee pot was broken. The packets were old and crumbled when I opened them. Linoleum wasn't flat, which is not safe for a person with a handicap. I seen blood stains on the sitting chair. It was just gross. I didn't go to breakfast.
I transferred to this renovated room because the room they originally put me in, the toilet wasn't working. I called them first day and maintenence was suppose to fix it. Instead, i was told i had to use their plunger to fix it myself. I did because that's just nasty. But this room was much, much nicer. I used their laundry faculty. The dryers work great.
This is an older hotel and they did their best. The room looked nothing like the picture and reeked of old smoke - to the point that my suitcase and clothes picked up that smell. Even though the rooms are non-smoking now, there was no way to air out that smell and that was not disclosed prior to booking. The property was pretty and well maintained; bed was comfy and staff were friendly and helpful - but the rooms look nowhere near the photo and my room unfortunately smelled like 1970s.
