Beware this hotel - potentially dangerous conditions in rooms (dog poisoning)
Pros:

One of our dogs suffered drug poisoning at this hotel, most likely in our room (424). Attached is a photo of the positive drug test.

I take this seriously and can say that our dogs (the other is fine) had not been anywhere but their crates for several hours (southern Colorado). They quickly pottied in the pet yard then went to our room. We observed her licking the floor and picking up things in the hallway and the room. The floors had stuff all over them. I can't say these pictures show drugs because we do not have testing equipment and the police declined to respond. The picture do accurately reflect the deplorable housekeeping conditions in existence throughout the facility (I walked the floors).

Then, the hotel charged us for an extra night although we just requested a late checkout while we waited for vet clearance (they had to flush our girl with IV for about 18 hours). This is simply outrageous. The staff and management were completely callous, non-responsive and uncaring throughout this ordeal. They have finally responded, predicting making excuses and generally deflecting.

I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a worse hotel experience.

Lobby could have been cooler but the room ac was great so literally still not a complaint

No hot water arrival night or next morning
Bfast offering limited
Our room was on 1st floor which opened to Bfast area. Noisy in the evening & by 6 am, ice machine by our room, noisy.
Very, very bad design.
