Too loud at night kids running around in the middle of the night. We had surgery the next day and didn't get a good night sleep

I truly enjoyed the room and was able to get some relaxation.

It was near the Grace Clinic

Cons:

Once the tv was turned on with the remote control, I tried to lower the volume using the remote control and going to the tv to lower the volume…no luck 😔. The only thing I was able to do was change channels.

Hope Lubbock builds some nicer hotels.
Pros:

We were excited to find a hotel during George Strait’s tour.

Cons:

The facilities need some attention. Missing drain plug in bathroom sink, carpet and other materials were dated and worn. The front desk was so helpful with check in and directions.

Went for a campus tour. Access was a perfect. Rooms were clean and facilities were maintained well.

The location

No hot water in bathroom sink, no TV remote, they charged me twice then the front desk lady (Monica) hung up on me. The beds are HORRIBLE

Friendly staff, but the rooms were not well kept up.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the common areas were nice.

Cons:

Our bathroom looked like it was mid-renovation. The toilet was broken and could not flush. The shower was functional, but the ceiling and fixtures were torn up.
