Modern, comfortable, good service, pricey
Pros:

The service was good, having paid for the lounge access was really worth it, as it allowed late checkout and we had discount in the restaurants on site, which were both amazing. The location is great, room size is good and rooms are modern, beds are super comfy too. They also provide cab service, pretty expensive, but safe and great comfort, so worth it.

Cons:

The staff at checkin was ongoing training and they were pretty clueless and kinda rude, didnt explain any of the benefits well and tried to reject us late checkout even tho it was included in our package.
The price of the hotel is also pretty expensive, but worth it for a short stay.

We'd stay here again!
Pros:

We struggled finding a cute boutique-y hotel in mexico city and went with the safe choice of a big chain. We've stayed at Sofitels before and they've all been very good. Location is fine (fantastic for the Sunday closing of Reforma and biking to the park). Staff super friendly/helpful. It's a about a 15m walk to Roma Norte and it's cool cafe's/restaurants and we did have to uber (super easy) to most of our dinners.

We had a room on the Millesime level and it was very nice. Meals (limited selections) were included at their club. Breakfast was perfect here for us (healthy cereals, fruits, bread). It's not a big space, so tables might be at a premium (we never had to wait (3 meals). Lunch sandwiches were solid (I got sick early on so ended up looking for basic/safe fare at the hotel). Overall - other than a preference for small, boutique hotels, we loved it.

Cons:

Bed was hard, but it turns out they have mattress toppers for this purpose. Cudos!

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The service was excellent, the hotel accommodated all of our requests, the rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, and the pool/bar area are lovely. Don't think twice and book here.

Lovely NYE stay
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located on the Reforma. Our room had an excellent view of the Angel of Independence where NYE celebrations were held. The celebrations were loud and did run into the early morning. But the location couldn’t be beat for front row seats to the celebrations.

We thoroughly enjoyed the club lounge floor which had great food and drink options. À la carte breakfast orders from the lounge did take a moment. But we were happy to enjoy the lounge, and enjoy the view as we waited.

The hotel pool was also a lovely spot to retreat to. We really enjoyed heading there for a quick swim and reset after big excursions and long days of walking the city.

We were well taken care of by the assistant manager Marianna and her team throughout our stay. In particular, Jose and Tomas made sure we always had lovely drinks and cocktails at the ready. Diego at main concierge desk also helped us with some lovely dinner reservations and gave us excellent tips on where to go.

Great choice in Reforma with a gorgeous pool and great restaurant TD.
Pros:

Beautiful deluxe room with amazing view. Great restaurants and bar. Warm service. Amazing pool.

Cons:

Nothing seriously wrong. The floor in the pool area is dangerously slippery.

An amazingly stunning hotel!!
Pros:

Just an amazingly brilliant, hotel!! we went as a family over Christmas and the hotel was incredible. Fabulous building facilities excellent service and staff highly recommend perfect location and incredible views from rooms and the rooftop bar. Only improvement would be the Jim is too small and needs more than one type of machine as it was quite busy over Christmas. The checkout process was quite time-consuming as we had a very early flight in the morning and they cannot process the final invoice until the middle of the night and then the system was running. It’s refresh at 4 in the morning. These two items did not attract from our stay, however could be improved upon highly recommend just incredible.

Immaculate Vibes!!
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful location, our server Juan was so knowledgeable friendly and bilingual which was so helpful! He gave us wonderful advice on where to visit in the city and every food and drink recommendation he gave us was remarkable! Excellent service 10/10 would definitely recommend coming to Cityzen while you're in CDMX!
