Not recommend!
Pros:

Bed was comfortable! And the view from the window was pretty!

Cons:

Our room was at the corner of the building! The whole quality of the room was way lower than expected! Dust was everywhere and the whole room smelled like a trash be honest! After a long way drive, it was too late and no other room options! Have to sleep and run at an early morning without touching anything but the beds!

Great location for the “Queen Suite with Sea View”, well-thought-out amenities and furnishings.
Pros:

The location was fantastic (get one of the end rooms at the “Queen Suite with Sea View” building — windows on the end units add light). The amenities were very good - coffee pot, hot pot, fridge, A/C, couch, table, 2 chairs, etc. Nice area for walking, short drive to restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

We were unlucky enough to be there when a transformer blew and took out power for the whole area around Rocky Harbor for the last 2 days of our 3 day stay. We managed because we had charged power banks, but it made the time in the room challenging! Not the fault of the innkeepers.

Stuck in frustration

We were supposed to be there 3 nights but the first night there was a power outage.wake up and the bagged ice nad totally melted destroying any food we had. We cleaned it up.
Found one restaurant open so did eat breakfast. Everything else closed. Went hiking and returned at 7pm to find still no power and now absolutely nothing open. So no power, no food, no phone service no internet. No way to contact anyone so drove 35 k in one direction to search of anything. So now running low on fuel so returned and ate chocolate bars for dinner.
Wake up with no power. Drove to the office and they said power should be on later today.
So we left one night early.
Requested a one night stay credit and so far nothing.
There is sooooo much more they could have done but they had our money and that's all that counted.
We would never stay there again.

Merveilleux parc national. La maison passe après !
Pros:

La maison est immense. 3 chambres. Très appréciable ! Mais tellement neuve et impersonnelle qu’on hésite presque à toucher à la cuisine de peur de déranger !

Cons:

Nous avons eu la malchance de tomber pile sur 48h de coupure de courant. La faute à personne. Mais un email de l’agence / propriétaire ou autre aurait été apprécié…
Attention : la maison n’a pas du tout vue sur l’océan. (Mais c’est évidement tout près) Et le wifi (quand le courant ne perturbe pas l’ensemble) est TRÈS TRÈS peu fiable.

I would stay here again. The cleanliness and location out way wifi issue and an old bed...

Only issue was that one bed was pretty much not usable. Unless you hugged the left side... Springs on the right side were shot.

Really nice comfortable place to stay in Rocky Harbour. After a couple of warm nights in motels on our drive over from St John’s we welcomed this lovely air conditioned apartment.

Was very comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. Parking was convenient, room was clean and

The small seating area separate from the bedrooms so we could put the kids to bed then have time to ourselves.

Cons:

Not all curtains were blackout, so it was hard to sleep in, but that’s mostly just due to the time of year of our stay.
