If I retire to Gros Morne, I would book this place again without hesitation.
Pros:

This property exceeded my expectations. What a view! Super comfortable, super clean and super chic. If you are staying here, be sure to walk to the top of the road (Payne’s Path) for an amazing 360 degree panoramic view of Rocky Harbour, Bonne Bay, Gros Morne and more. Breathtaking!

Cons:

The only thing I found myself missing was
a bottle opener. This place was fantastic.

A peaceful and scenic stay with friendly people and a beautiful ocean view
Pros:

Located right by the sea with a beautiful sunset view. The area is very quiet and private. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of parking available. The people were also very friendly.

Cons:

The suite was located right beside a cemetery. It didn’t bother me personally, but it might not be ideal for everyone. The provided shampoo and soap bars could also be improved.

Brown water! Didn’t want to wash in it and had to buy a jug of water to make coffee.

The photo below was the view from the room. It does not show the cemetery adjacent to the unit.
Pros:

The unit was clean, comfortable and all the necessities were available (as long as you did not want more).

Cons:

It was very difficult to find the hotel. Communicating with staff was next to impossible. There was no mobile or telephone service in the room (and the general area). There was a bit of an issue with payment (credit card did not get accepted) and the staff made limited effort to resolve this, even though it was to their benefit.

It took about an hour to find our unit/house ... the provided map was not very helpful.

If you needed additional towels, soap etc, you were out of luck.

Unit is very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Good shower, etc. Location is convenient in Rocky Harbour. Check in staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No view from the unit, and the unit is quite dark.... blinds required for privacy as people drive past the unit, but even with the blinds open it's lacking light and outlook.
