Das Telefonat am nächsten Morgen mit einem Mitarbeiter, der doch sehr zuvorkommend war und sich vielmals entschuldigte für diese Misere.

Cons:

Dass ich keinen Zugang zum Hotel hatte und deswegen im kalten Auto schlafen musste, obwohl ich ein bezahltes Hotelzimmer hatte.
