Pros:

정말 친절한 호스트였습니다. 그의 배려로 안전하고 즐거운 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 다만 방과 싱크대가 조금 깨끗하지 못한 부분이 아쉬웠고 겨울이라 집이 좀 추웠습니다. 지도로 숙소의 위치를 반드시 확인하세요.

Fake location and bad service
Pros:

Location is wrong. Real location is 4km far. So the name of the apartment is fake. Room is basically not bad but many cockroaches are in the kitchen and bathroom smells disgusting, always wet. Beds are hard like rock. Without elevator key, nowhere is accessible even 1st level. Worst experience in Vietnam.

Pros:

there's no cleanliness in the apartment, very bad drainage smell and very noise. They provide washing machine but never attached to water tap and no drainage hole. I will never recommend to anyone staying there specially non Vietnamese. in fact we book 4 nights but we really can't stand all the bad smell and noise, we move out 3rd nights.

Pros:

All beds are made of compress rubber, so they are very firm - like stacks of hard carbon box. Two out four of us did not have problem sleep on these beds. Beware about the property location. Since they have apartments on different building near by, they may chexk you in different buiding than the name they advertise on the web. You may have to contact them to confirm

Pros:

This property is misrepresented on the website. The front doesn’t look anything like the building and the address is incorrect. Felt more like we borrowed someone’s apartment. Couldn’t access the pool (the reason we chose the apartment). The advertised 10 min walk to town was 40mins (10 min taxi ride). There were no food offerings as advertised but they were restaurants around the area. Most concerning was on our third night we noticed a camera in the apartment. Guy says it was off but the blinking blue lights suggested otherwise.

Overall, the people were nice, but it just seemed a bit dodgy.
