Not going to happen again unfortunately.
Pros:

Location was the only positive experience.

Cons:

Both rooms had roaches crawling all over. The staff offered us another room but it was the same condition.

The reviews and pictures we saw before booking were very deceiving. It was the opposite of what the pictures showed.

Great Value! Clean rooms! Friendly staff!
Pros:

Great service! Rooms are clean and spacious. Only 5 min driver to beach. Pool water is fantastic, with a low chlorine count - no eye stings. Owner is an exceptionally nice man - very welcoming and friendly. Staff is professional and pleasant. All in all an amazing value!

Cons:

There was honestly nothing that I didn't like about the place. I would stay here anytime....

Es un buen estudio con cocina para poder estar unos dias y poder cocinar y dormir bien.

Front desk employee was very kind

Cons:

There were dead roaches and trash from previous occupants. Toilet did not flush properly. Overall very run down building.

Nothing, ice machine don’t work they said they didn’t have enough towels, the bath tub had a blue mark idk wat it was

Location close to our destination.

Cons:

Our room had multiple cockroach nymphs. After we complained, we were moved to a second room, which was equally infested and dirty. A second couple traveling with us, staying in a separate room, also found cockroaches but chose to remain in their room. The bed linens in our room had not been changed between guests — we found hair and dirt on the sheets. Due to the unsafe and unsanitary conditions, my wife slept in the car overnight. No hotel manager or supervisor was available on-site at any point during our stay to address the issue.

Overall, we had a great experience with this property. Uncomfortable pillows caused them 2 stars for us.
Pros:

Conveniently located near shopping centers.

Cons:

The pillows were so thin that it was very uncomfortable causing lack of sleep. That was about the only negative thing I can say about this property.

Will never go back to this one!
Cons:

Roaches in the room, especially in the bathroom; no
complimentary shampoo and conditioner provided; most of all, the room smells like someone has just been smoking something in the room like 2 mins prior to us occupying it. The smell was very strong that it even got on to our clean clothes inside our backpack. We did not use the stove nor the microwave, so we didn’t know if they were working. Absolutely Overpriced for $160!

Horrible!!! It's nothing like in the pictures also I think the reviews are fake.. We arraived at 3 am and if wasn't that late, for sure we'll not stayed that night. The room smells cigarettes even if we booked a non-smokong room. It wasn't cleand, the bed sheet was burned in numeros places by cigaretts, the entry and the toilet door were stained, the fridge also wasn't cleaned, there were scrumbbles, the light switches were also dirty, it wasn't sampoo or shower gel. Actually, it is false advertasing.

Great service, outstanding rooms
Pros:

Everything it was very nice. The room was clean and smelled fresh no bad odors no anything out of place. Will definitely be back.
