Pros:

Tolle Aussicht und gute Lage, um nicht in dem ganzen Trubel von Sapa zu sein.
Bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Ich habe nicht das Zimmer bekommen, das ich gebucht hatte. Ich wollte ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und so hatte ich es extra gebucht, da ich es als Solotravelerin unangenehm finde ein Zimmer mit mehreren Betten drin zu haben und genau das habe ich bekommen. Da kann man jetzt sagen, hab dich nicht so, aber zusammen mit allen anderen Kleinigkeiten summiert es sich doch auf: Sanitären Anlage überholt. Handbrause ist fast auseinandergefallen, Wasser lief nicht richtig ab. Bad richtig muffig feucht. Das Bad kam mir auch nur rudimentär sauber vor. Es lag eine tote Kakerlake in der Dusche. Nachdem ich um Roomservice gebeten habe, lag sie aber leider immer noch drin.
Wasserkocher im Zimmer dessen Anschluss nicht zu den Steckdosen passen.
Vereinzelt habe ich die Sachen angesprochen, diese wurden freundlich zur Kenntnis genommen, aber es wurde nix unternommen.
Ich nehme an, das ist die übliche Umgangsweise mit solchen Rückmeldungen.
Service im Restaurant ist auch nur semi. Nett und freundlich Lächeln ist manchmal eben nicht ausreichend.
Bereich um den Pool wirkt mäßig gepflegt.

Ist wirklich schade, da die Location wirklich toll ist. Mit ein paar Detailänderungen wären auch die 30 Euro pro Nacht gerechtfertigt gewesen. Ich würde es trotz der guten Lage und Sicht nicht empfehlen.

Pros:

This hotel gave us a peaceful retreat away from the busy town center. The room felt open and airy, with a beautiful valley panorama. We enjoyed having breakfast while looking at the mountains, it was such a relaxing experience. The employees were polite, warm and professional throughout our stay.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo con grandi aspettative, purtroppo completamente deluse. Il servizio è stato decisamente insoddisfacente: il proprietario si è dimostrato scortese e arrogante fin dal primo momento. La camera non è mai stata pulita, e cosa ancora più grave al termine del nostro soggiorno nel conto finale sono stati inseriti più volte gli stessi elementi.

Pros:

The property was gorgeous with really nice views of the rice fields and river. The gardens were really well kept and beautiful. The restaurant felt like a ski lodge, it was wooden and warm. Sapa is very cold so that was nice. Rooms are a good size and well equipped.

Cons:

Just as long as people understand the location, grab bikes are not super common in the area so you have to car and it does add up. You can rent a motorbike there yourself but the fog makes it a little dangerous. It is quite far from the Sapa town and this does add up if you're going there daily in grab cars. On the other hand, the views of the valley are a perk of the location. I probably thought I could just grab bike there and back but I couldnt. Another comment is that the bathroom drained quite slowly so often stayed quite wet.

Perfect place for nature lovers
Pros:

The room was big, clean and full of natural light. Sitting on the balcony in the early morning with coffee was an amazing experience. Breakfast gave us enough energy for trekking. Staff were friendly and very attentive.

Pros:

La chambre est très jolie et la vue est magnifique. Très grande chambre. Belle douche (eau chaude). Buffet pet déj décevant mais le reste compense ce désagrément.

Cons:

L'emplacement un peu excentré oblige de prendre un moyen de transport jusque la ville pour manger (resto sur place mais il était fermé pendant notre séjour). Buffet petit déj un peu décevant. La vue et la qualité de la chambre compensent ces désagréments.
