Beware of booking this accommodation especially during rainy season!! As it was raining, the room was flooded with flying bugs and they were all over the mattress (because they were attracted to the light). There was a cockroach too. The picture I've taken was after we've swept most of the insects away to the floor.. There were way more and it was just impossible to get rid of all of them.
I talked to reception about it and they changed another room for me. However, the other room was still having the exact same issue.
We had no choice but to change to another hotel.
I've had 2 nights booking with the accommodation, didn't stay there for more than a few hours, yet they refused to refund me.
Very disappointing booking.
The shower water kept going hot and cold too.
Loved having a quiet drink while watching the clouds move across the hills. Simple things, but that's what made the stay memorable.

There was something really nice about waking up with no traffic noise. Just mountains, clouds and birds.
The hotel is quite removed from the busy areas, which suited us perfectly.
The view is truly breathtaking, we would go back just for that. The two ladies that work at reception in the morning spoke good English and were truly interested in making our stay memorable, they helped us make some phone calls and provided options. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty. The private transport service they offer for a good price to LC train station. The buffet breakfast had plenty of options and was good. The swimming pool was nice.
Communication with the afternoon / night shift is hard, not even the reception speaks English. We ordered food 1.5 hours before our departure and the food took 40 minutes to arrive: we ordered two soups but only one came out, and after a while we received our ribs as well. We had to finish everything quickly and go. There were three people working in the kitchen and we were the only ones at the restaurant.
I had a massage and the masseuse was making phone calls and scrolling on her phone while massaging me, which meant she constantly had to stop to scroll. At some point I had to ask her to stop using her phone but it was truly unprofessional. It wasn't cheap either.
I had a herbal bath and found plenty of others' hair in the water and the sauna wasn't working at first, and when fixed it was pumping out either burning hot or not hot at all vapour. When communicated, they offered a free sauna (30k) which wasn't working anyway.
We got incredibly lucky with the weather during our stay. The clouds came in just after sunrise and it was beautiful to watch.

Le lit est confortable et le personnel parle bien anglais. Chambre spacieuse avec air conditionné. La vue est plutôt jolie.
On entend fort les autres chambres, l'électricité dans la salle de bain fait scintiller la lumière et la douche mouille toute la toilette. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen.
The mornings were better than I expected, especially with the clouds around the mountains. The staff were really helpful too and were always happy to assist whenever we needed anything.

There was a constant noise in the walls that sounded like cockroaches (of which we also had one in our room). When we told the staff they told us that we shouldn‘t be concerned as it was „just“ wood-eating larva that stayed in the walls and would not come out and that the one cockroach we had in the room was an unfortunate coincident. The noise was extremely irritating especially at night.
We asked when we had to check out and got told after 3 p.m. which was apparently a misunderstanding as it should have been before 3 p.m. So on our last day we got called that we were not checked out yet and that a late check out comes with a fee. In the end the nice lady from the reception let us shower and pack our stuff without any extra fee and we got told to not feel bad about the situation but it didn‘t help with the whole experience.
Breakfast is nothing elaborate, but honestly we didn't mind. We were more interested in getting outside and enjoying the morning
We arrived without much of a plan, but the staff helped us arrange a tour and transportation. Made the whole trip much easier.
