Humped up in the middle... Lumpy and hard as a board.
I really thought it was going to be ok but WOW .. THE WORST.
We been traveling all day through tornado warnings and needed a good rest. It didn't happen, sadly.

TV was shattered no remote, no water barrier for the shower. Water flooded the bathroom floor and entry way and the lock to the main door was broke not secure
Hotel is Old, desk person never stood up, nor did she make small talk. She only asked for my last name and driver license.

The Bed was super comfortable and felt like we were sleeping on a cloud.
There were not enough towels in the bathroom for two days. The room definitely needs work. There are old damages some of the ceiling, walls, and bathroom, that makes it look like there needs to be renovations and updates for sure, and the walls look dirty. The elevator is very small and dated. Our coffee machine was damaged a bit and I had to hold the part where the coffee bag goes into, so that the water wouldn't spill out.
But other than visually a bit disappointing, our stay wasn't so bad. But we definitely enjoyed the King size bed for sure.😊👌
Didn't do breakfast ended to soon. Need later close time.

My tv didn’t work and they didn’t do anything about it . I had 2 kids that couldn’t watch tv I didn’t get a discount or nothing just had to sit there and go to sleep
