La mejor estadía en Santiago.
Pros:

Excelente departamento estudio, todo lo justo y necesario para estadía de trabajo, todo muy pero muy central todo amano, el metro a menos de 300 mts lugares para comprar,comer,conocer etc... muy muy recomendable, de echo volveré la próxima semana si está disponible.

Cons:

Nada, todo bien más que recomentable.

que siempre solicito alquilar dpto con balcón y he confiado en las fotos pero en este caso no me tocó balcón sino una pequeña cornisa en donde apenas cabian parada. la foto como siempre que dice balcón tenía mesa y sillas. En este caso me contestaron que no siempre están disponibles en este alojamiento, Me hubiera gustado saberlo con anticipación para seguir teniendo mi poder decisión ya que soy quien abona, el cliente

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! THIS APARTMENT IS A SCAM!!!!

I attempted to pay for my stay prior to my arrival, I also attempted to pay upon my arrival at the building. I was told on both occasions that payment could not be made via Booking.com, nor via the front desk of the building. So despite the effort on my part, payment was not taken.. The morning after my arrival I received a Whatsapp messaging telling me I had to pay immediately and in person (payment via PayPal or bank transfer was not an option either apparently). This wasn't possible as I was not at the apartment at the time. It was agreed that someone would come to the apartment and take payment at 8pm that evening. However, I returned to the apartment later in the day to find that I had been locked out. When I inquired via WhatsApp as to why I was locked out, I was told it was due to non-payment. So I had to sit outside the door of the apartment for 20 minutes waiting for somebody to arrive to take payment (in cash) and reactivate my access to the apartment. As a result of this, I missed a city tour which I had already pre-booked and pre-paid. No apology was given.

On the second day of my stay, I again returned to the apartment in the evening to find that I had been locked out. I again had to contact the owners via WhatsApp to request that they reinstate my access. On this occasion no explanation was given as to why I was locked out, and no apology was given.

The day after I left the apartment, I received multiple threatening WhatsApp messages from the owner calling me names that I will not put on a public forum. They demanded that I make a further payment for my stay at the apartment otherwise they were going to phone the police and prevent me from leaving Chile. I am currently contacting Booking.com to report this.

I have no idea what type of business these people are running, but please avoid.

La limpieza bajo la mesa de comedor estaba muy sucio se nota que no se movia nunca para hacer aseo.
En el baño el avamanos no funcionaba bien al momento de descargar el agua.

Muy cómodo y ubicación perfecta
Pros:

El departamento es muy cómodo, limpio e iluminado, con todo lo necesario para un viaje rápido o un par de días, lo mejor, el sillón :) y una hermosa vista a parque y cerro

Buena Ubicación pero mal servicio.

El suministro el agua en baño y cocina.
La seguridad.
La recepción del personal del edificio.

Cons:

Me decepcionó la limpieza.
La taza del baño no estaba bien limpia.
En la cama, entre la sábanas al acostarnos, encontramos un boleto de micro rural.
El mal estado de los muebles de cocina y del closet.
La atención de la anfitriona fue muy distante y poco amable en responder las consultas por WhatsApp.

Pros:

La ubicación excelente. Súper cerca del Cenco Costanera y del metro. El departamento muy limpio y súper comodo. Una terraza con pileta hermosa con una vista del cerro San Cristóbal y el río Mapocho. Vayan!!!
