La ubicación, la vista desde la terraza y la pileta.

Cons:

Lo único fue que no estaba limpio el departamento, una pena porque el resto todo hermoso. Los pisos estaban como engrasados y muy sucios. Se notaba que solo lo habían acomodado pero no una buena limpieza para recibir a otras personas.

Lo peor en almohada y cama, incomodidad total

La cama súper incómoda, el colchón se nota que está súper usado, a punto de botarlo a la basura, las almohadas súper incómodas , llenas de motas, los muebles están en la estado, la ducha y el lava manos se tapaba, no estaba muy limpio, habían pelos en la ducha

El sistema de aire acondicionado no es muy comodo para usar durante la noche, pero era necesario. Para la habitacion seria mejor un ventilador de techo, son más silenciosos a la hora de dormir.

Muy céntrico el departamento, muy cómodo y limpio.

Cons:

Publicidad engañosa, en ninguna parte de la descripción del departamento decía que habían algunos venían sin balcón, ojo al momento de arrendar, preguntar si les tocara uno con balcón, es más, me tocó un departamento que inclusive no estaba en las fotos… al momento de decirle a la chica que me arrendó refiere que son los mismos metros2. No hubo solución alguna.
