Shower, wash hands, brush teeth
Use basic in-room facilities

For a 4-star Novotel CBD property, this is unacceptable and the room was not fit for its intended purpose

not bad for 283 dollars on short notice but could have been cleaner.

the beds were sooo comfy and i love the little window alcoves!
