Disappointed
Pros:

This is a great hotel, not being maintained properly.

Cons:

The bath had a stain on it, the phone didn't work and some guy had to come into my room with 'the good remote' before Netflix would work.

The staff were exceptional
Location was great

Cons:

The room is run down, no kettle in room which staff fixed up. No lights worked in the 2nd bedroom. The shower door seal was hanging off so bathroom floor was saturated.

Cons:

We were upgraded??? But I think it was to make room for other guests as it wasn't an upgrade at all. We were meant to have 2 beds, ended up with 1 and supposedly had city views but it was of the hotel across the road.

Darwin city stay near attractions
Pros:

Property is very conveniently located in the Darwin City next to the Bicenntenial Park. Main tourist attractions are located nearby. Supermarkets are also located at walking distance from the property. Swimming Pool was great. 24 hours reception services were available.

Friendly staff but basic overpriced rooms which require maintenance.
Pros:

The lobby area was beautiful! Exterior front of building was presented well but not the back. The food was fresh and delicious. The pool was great. Laundry facilities were helpful.

Cons:

Very very hard beds and pillows. Worn out rooms need repair and maintenance. Cracks in walls and mould in bathroom. Delay in daily room service cleaning. Water bottles were not complimentary. No allocated car parks when you’ve paid. Accor members don’t receive any hotel benefits when youve booked through booking.com? A little overpriced for the condition of the room.

Good position but very old and tired interior. Staff try hard, but don't have much to work with.
Pros:

Good position. Nice outdoor cafe area on corner. Staff nice but under-resourced.

Cons:

Nothing in the mini-bar apart from diet coke. Aircon noisy. Foyer smells dank. Phone in room didn't work (no dial tone). Bathroom leaked water everywhere when showering. Didn't eat there. No normal tea bags.
