Cons:

No bathroom exhaust fan
Lack of helpful service with luggage. Had to find and load own trolley and take to room on arrival and departure on both separate days of stay.
Inadequate pool towels. We’re given hand towels to use.
Hair dryer fused and no replacement found in entire hotel
Flat pillow could not be supplied when requested. Told only one in a room already occupied by guests.
Breakfast food Luke warm or cold. Asked three times if we had booked!

Good location. Nice pool.

Cons:

Services are very limited. The hotel needs to employ more staff. We had to get a trolley to load our bags and then take them to the room on 4th or 5 th floor and the same when leaving. The hair dryer in the room fused and secondly the staff could not replace it. Breakfast was very ordinary for the price. We asked for a flat pillow replacement and not one in the entire hotel. When asked said one probably in a room occupied by other guests! The cooked food at breakfast was luke warm or cold on the morning we visited. They had run out of pool towels when we asked and were given 2 hand towels and one pool towel! Shower has no exhaust fan! A sign warns of fines if steam escapes and sets off an alarm. For a hotel that is inexcusable. Communication very limited. Service for guests does not seem to be a priority. We stayed on 2 separate dates and not much had changed from first to second.

I regularly stay with Novotel. If this hotel was typical of Novotel, I would not stay at any others
Pros:

Great location with really nice water views
The bed was nice and comfortable

Cons:

Front desk service was unfriendly, the food was pretty poor, generally feeling of the place was shabby

Cons:

Told we were upgraded . We had booked a twin queen bed room. They gave us a single queen bed room. Old musty smell in room. Noisy air con.wall blown out and cracked .carpet looked old and dirty . Tiny corner shower with a curtain. Certainly not an upgrade . Requested another room .we got a king bed room . But just qasnt nice.Not the novetel stay we imagined. I couldn't recommend overpriced for condition of rooms
