The location and friendliness of the staff.
I would like some conditioner and body lotion included in the bathroom of our room. Most hotels I use provide this along with make-up removal pads.
Only stayed overnight and left early in the morning to catch our flight home so did not get time to appreciate the hotel facilities
All was fine
Prime location
Very tired rooms. Great view but tiny windows.
Kind service, clean room
Good lots of choices.
The location and the room presentability/furniture was really good and clean. Staff were good too
Neighbor Room noise and uncomfortable bed and pillows, probably due to bass in the grass but this was still going on after 12 midnight. Couldn’t sleep for 2-3 hours as the noise was constant and people were partying with music or pre-drinking singing loudly in the rooms nearby us. Did inform the reception around 12:30am midnight but it still happened after a bit. The bed pillow was spring was uncomfortable, that was also part of the reason I couldn’t sleep,my body couldnt adjust to the spring mattress and was stiff, pillows were not soft just too hard for the head to sleep comfortably
The staff were wonderful, housekeeping didn't refill my "english breakfast tea" + my mugs were removed and I had to ask for more to be brought up to my room, + my tissues ran out when I had also requested more and the spare toilet paper wasn't replaced.
However, the service when requested was dealt with quickly and with a smile.
I can't fault the team.
The room was a little dated, lighting in the bathroom wasn't great, however bed was comfortable and clean.
Staff fantastic. Comfortable rooms and convenient.
