Definitely a place to stay
Pros:

The location is really good near the famous lake easy to get around anywhere you want to go, right next to the night street market just around the corner, circle k just across the street if you need anything, ATM as well. Very excellent location, the staff are very helpful provide great help also provide adapter if you need to charge your phone. Massage place was also really good value for money as well the lady is very professional and ask you how intense you want your massage to be and ask you if you are doing Okey through the process really professional so you don't get scammed or offered any extras during the service

Cons:

In all the rooms were clean, however there is no wardrobe to put all your stuff had to keep all my clothes in the luggage. As well the plugs for their hairdryer equipment didn't really work you have to hold it with your hand to make sure it is on, I don't know about the other rooms, but in the one I was staying this was the case. Still very happy with stay.

A Gem by on the Old Quarter of Hanoi
Pros:

The location was fabulous right by the Old Quarter and a block away from Ho Hoan Kiem Lake. The breakfasts were very good with many options and the roof breakfast area had wonderful views and was very comfortable. There was a small elevator which was good because the stairs were very very steep. The staff were very helpful with places to eat and arranging transportation. They also kept our luggage overnight for free while we were touring Halong Bay.. the room was also very quiet.

Cons:

The room, though clean, was a bit worn looking in the bathroom and there was very little room for our luggage

A well placed hotel but a very disappointing room.
Pros:

Good position. Staff at breakfast were very friendly and the breakfast was good and quick.

Cons:

My room was very small and I didn’t have room to unpack my bags ( luckily it was just me in the room) The room smelt of damp and there were large damp patches on the wall. There was a window that looked onto another window very close by. The room was very dark and the electrics weren’t great. The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean either- damp/ mould around the shower.

Bathroom facilities - tile, plumbing - showing some wear. Standard rooms small without places for luggage. However, good value considering the location and overall amenities.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room size was just right. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful. Also, the hotel's location is excellent—very convenient and within easy walking distance of the Old Quarter.

Cons:

However, I was disappointed with the communication between Booking.com and the hotel. Even though I selected 'Twin Bedroom' in the app, the staff at check-in told me the system didn't show this preference and that I should have specified it separately. Since the booking system already clearly stated 'Twin Bedroom,' I believe the synchronization between your system and the app needs to be improved

Decent mini hotel.
Pros:

The executive suite was decent sized.
Room was cleaned daily.
Friendly staff and very helpful.
Nice and quiet for sleeping, but slight noise from the lift.
Close to everything.
Decent range of food for breakfast which was included with our stay.

Cons:

The windows look into the other buildings. No actual view.
The bathrooms are small.
