Près de la plage et Water, c’est pas mal le seul point positif.
Pros:

Hôtel assez bien positionné, à environ 10 min à pied de la plage. Un centre d’achat, épicerie, pharmacie et plusieurs restos à proximité.

Cons:

La propreté laissait vraiment à désirer. Quand nous sommes arrivés, l’entretien de notre suite ne semblait pas complètement terminé; le divan-lit était à moitié ouvert, ainsi que plusieurs armoires et la porte du lave-vaisselle. Il n’y avait aucune débarbouillette et nous n’avons pas pu en avoir pour chaque personne de tout notre séjour. La porte donnant sur le balcon avait une grande ouverture laissant entrer la chaleur et le son très bruyant de la rue ultra passante. Sinon, il y avait beaucoup de saleté sur le sol, sur les murs et les portes, en plus d’éclaboussures sur les œuvres d’art et les abat-jours. Même un papier de protection de bas de maillot était collé à l’intérieur du placard. Je me retiens de donner plus de détails, il y en a tellement!

The room was spacious and the staff was nice

Cons:

Booked a two bedroom suite in a high floor when we arrived we were given a suit in the 4th floor above the dumpsters. Noise all night! Also ac wouldn’t go below 70.

Pros:

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows are great. On the water with the water taxis passing by.

Cons:

Parking is very expensive you have to pay 55us and night and the breakfast is 29us a person. I could do without these extra charges!

It was a good place

Cons:

The room had some damage needed to be updated tiles in the shower where loose. Cabinet door was peeling towel shelf looked like it was falling off the wall. I didnt know we had to put a $600.00 deposit down when checking in. And over half of that deposit went to the demand of valet, parking cause there was no personal parking.I couldn't park my own car which I don't like people driving my car. It was also an 18% tipping no mater what. 2 drinks at the bar cost $38.00.
