Didn't have breakfast

Cons:

The utensils was not available to prepare meals.
A proper list of items should be provided.
E.g kettle, grater, knifes saucepan etc.

I wasn’t disappointed would I come back maybe as a last resort only because parking is a ridiculous

Good suite hotel in a great location for the river taxi
Pros:

Location, food, comfort. Good service from reception and concierge.

Didn’t actually need the room anymore after my cruise but couldn’t cancel the booking without being charged anyway. Once checked in found the bathroom wasn’t even cleaned in the room, overheard another guest complaining of the same issue.

Love FLL in September
Pros:

My stay was comfortable and beautiful was shown, the outside bar and pool areas were enjoyable, next time I will plan to use the water taxi tour, I like FLL in September

Cons:

I didn't get to the beach and it was the main reason for coming, I'm a senior and this location was too far away to walk. The phones didn't work properly, the one in my bedroom especially, never fixed but I was given a hotel credit for the inconvenience and I didn't like the limited breakfast meau

Over all we had an amazing time.
Pros:

The entire front desk was so accommodating. The hotel is convenient to so many stores and there is a mall next door. The staff told us about cool things we were able to do from the hotel. Vincent worked at the pool he helped me with local things to do and we ended up having an even better trip.

Cons:

House keeping was trash. You can’t request towels and sheets from front desk. We had to let room service bring it and they would take hours on hours to bring anything every time. Came in our suite and made one bed. Took the dirty linen and did t replace anything. Had to wait a full day to get towels and rags.
