We came for a yeat concert, and Aly was our valet and he was awesome! Super great service and very comfortable hotel.

Great place to stay, everything is available close by; water taxi, beach grocery store, Mall. Go see Mauricio at the pool bar. He’s very friendly and makes you feel like you’re at home with a fantastic views. Of course he will make your favorite drink.

The vibe was smooth and Lucie the bartender is top notch… the food was great enjoyed the entire experience.

Serena our bartender made our experience quite memorable. A reminder I choose the Galleria every time I’m in Fort Lauderdale. She is an example is top tier customer satisfaction.

Had a wonderful experience with the staff , Peter & Tyler were very nice and were very accommodating with the water taxi , had a great time in town and on the water taxi , thank you to Peter for the recommendation , would definitely come again
