The best hotel in Launceston if not Tassie. Facilities, staff, food, bed, mini bar are next level
Pros:

Absolutely our favourite hotel to stay in in Launceston, if not the whole of Tassie. The beds were the comfiest and the room was just fantastic (thanks for the upgrade). The mini bar is next level, and the staff are always so friendly. Love having a gin and tonic on checkin and sitting watching the sunset from the window over the Tamar. Dinner downstairs was fantastic as well. We didn't have time to have our breakfast in room as we had an early flight, but everything was brilliant. Will definitely be back.

Highly recommended to both stay and dine
Pros:

Our room was so lovely, spacious, comoftable and equipped with everything we could think of. It was a shame we were only staying for one night! We ate in the restaurant which was also fantastic. Without exception the staff were friendly and could not have been more helpful.

Exceptional service and comfort
Pros:

Amazingly helpful and accommodating when our flight was delayed. Arranged a gorgeous supper in our room when restaurant had closed.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here with friendly staff and easy access to the Cataract Gorge
Pros:

Interesting period building in great location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, including when we needed medical attention.
