Exceptional service and comfort
Pros:

Amazingly helpful and accommodating when our flight was delayed. Arranged a gorgeous supper in our room when restaurant had closed.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here with friendly staff and easy access to the Cataract Gorge
Pros:

Interesting period building in great location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, including when we needed medical attention.

Would have liked a bit more space to store clothes

Wonderful stay at a boutique hotel with a truly top notch restaurant on site.
Pros:

Excellent service and staff was happy to help bring the luggage up the stairs and from the room to the car. Food was also exceptional!

Cons:

No elevators (but staff made up for it by carrying the luggage up/down the stairs.
