The property was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating most importantly the room was clean and comfortable.
The only thing I didn’t like about the property is they didn’t have an elevator.
The room was cleaned daily. That's a big plus because others hotels do it on a limited basis. Breakfast was great. Nice having someone make it for you if you choose. Other options as well.
The bathroom needed some ventilation. After a shower it took awhile for the steam to clear. Bathroom needed a door jamb to keep it open. The pillows could have been softer.
The cook to order breakfast was the only satisfactory thing about the stay.
Requested 1st floor. Got 2nd floor. Carpet was shabby and worn and barely clean. Bed extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. Bathroom not very clean. Door lock was very difficult to work. Had to try many times to get it to open. Never seemed to get coffee pods or Styrofoam cups reliably every day. My parents and I have been coming here for 30 years. 30 years ago, it was a great place. Now, nothing has changed and they are not even keeping it very clean. We will not be staying here again, in spite of the convenient location.

This is seriously one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to. I would live there if I could excellent customer service, delicious continental, breakfast and lovely, clean rooms plus the pool and Jacuzzi were great.
The only thing I can complain about is I wish my stay was longer
Pool was ok, room was horrible, cigarette burn on cover. next door was loud. front desk ok. good restaurants nearby. close to freeways.
did not eat breakfast, room, shady area. use caution.
The room was big and very clean. The hotel itself was quiet. The breakfast was delightful and the breakfast staff was professional and very friendly.
We literally appreciated everything.

Room not clean, bathroom door has water damage, bed is hard as a rock, pillows are small. It’s not that secure. I had someone (kids probably) pound on my door before 6am. Coffee maker and coffee, but no coffee cups.
