It was decent
Pros:

The location amazing staff amazing .
I will say the breakfast included made it all worth it I really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was really friendly

Cons:

The rooms seem a bit old a remodel would do the place justice - new carpet especially . My pull out bed the mattress was a bit unclean and I had to request bedding for it which was ok. My roommate discovered a hair on the sheets that didn't belong to her. Not the worst but not the best. I appreciate the affordability and the location. We didn't have enough fave towels for two guest.

The hot tub, pool and rose garden were fabulous!
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with individually prepared egg dishes for which we paid $10. Most motels include breakfast in the price of the room, but this $10 was worth the extra payment.

Cons:

The room was clean but old and dated.

Great Hotel in San Dimas!
Pros:

We were greeted warmly, and all of our questions were answered at check-in. We were given a map to our room, and the directions were explained thoroughly. Check-in was a breeze!

This hotel is charming. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi (age restricted) for use. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and quiet! Though the A/C hummed a bit.

The complimentary breakfast was convenient and adequate. Fresh omelets are available with a variety of fillings and sides of meat. The coffee was hot and fresh, and the dining room staff kept the dining room very clean and well stocked.

I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. It was also a good value!

Cons:

I have zero complaints about this hotel. The staff and facilities far exceeded my expectations!

It was a perfect stay from check in to check out!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. We loved that there was a chef. The parking was perfect and check in and check out was so easy. And they let us check in early which was perfect! We will be staying here again!

Run Down Hotel
Pros:

The rooms are worn and in dire need of cleaning/updating. The bed was lumpy and the sheets dull. On yelp there are pictures customers posted with bites on their bodies from bed bugs. This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel! Not even a 3 star hotel!! The only redeeming quality of this place is the kind and helpful desk clerk! And the Hotel is not wheelchair accessible for the 2nd floor.

A clean facility with freeway access
Pros:

The property was clean. The room was a nice size, and the addition of a complementary breakfast was appreciated.

Cons:

It is not the fault of the property, but there were other guests, making noise until 3 o’clock in the morning with no intervention by staff. Slamming of doors, yelling, running up and down the walkways in front of the rooms. I slept very little.
