Not the best place to stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, and the staff were very kind. The courtyard was very pretty.

Cons:

The bed was atrocious. I had to fight against rolling off my side. Both my husband and I received multiple spider bites over- night. I also killed one large spider in the bathroom.

Great place for my workers to recharge and get good rest while they worked in 100 degree days

Enjoyable
Pros:

My guest were treated well and enjoyed a clean well air condition room with nice beds. The grounds and pool were well maintained and bit of a luxury feel making the value great.

Its very uncomfortable
Lets start first at night you can’t sleep due to train super close and all noises in your house.
The pillow is so bad and all polyester inside it accumulates in multiple balls shap
And at night cockroaches on in your shower room

Great location. Great breakfast but it is tired and badly in need of an upgrade and renovation.
Pros:

The breakfast offered is great as well as the staff. They are the best BUT this place needs a complete makeover from the carpet in the rooms to the bathrooms. Additionally figure out a way to get to second floor. It’s ridiculous to have to tote your luggage up the stairs. I’m sure a lift o could be installed.

About a year ago we got bed bugs from your facility and this last visit both my husband and I got the Moro (vomitting ) virus the next day after we checked.

We won’t.be coming back anytime soon and plan to stay at the Holiday Inn express nearby that was recently renovated which should be done here.

Decent choice with large rooms if you need to stay in that part of town
Pros:

I liked the parking, pool/jacuzzi, made to order eggs at breakfast, quietness.

Cons:

The layout of room was like a puzzle. Switches on the wall were hard to find. Cleaning products used smelled like chlorine. Room was dark. Second floor rooms do not have elevator access. Towels were small.

Hotel is in a great location but needs an update to match prices.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a great convenient location. Historic San Dimas/La Verne area and Puddingstone Recreational area.

Cons:

The hotel is an old building that seems to have had minimal maintenance over the last few years. The once beautiful rose gardens and mature landscaping are in desperate need of attention. Such a shame to see a beautiful hotel becoming a second rate hotel.
