Nothing at all. Horrible customer service and even worse rooms

Cons:

The rooms were disgusting. We checked in, had a look at the room, and checked back out in less than 20 minutes. We were charged for a whole nights stay when we told the lady at the front desk that the room was dirty. We requested a non smoking room because I have asthma and was given a room that smelled very strongly of cigarettes. There was a blood looking stain on the curtains and what seemed to be mildew on the light fixture in the bathroom. Horrible customer service was given by the worker at the front desk. We were told we couldn’t edit our stay so we ended up just leaving and still had to pay. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was not sanitary at all.

Cons:

On the app. It said they had breakfast. That’s one of the reasons I wanted to stay there. Their breakfast was nutria grain bars . The juice machine did not work. The coffee machine in my room did not work.
