Great location, would stay again
Pros:

Breakfast was good, we got there close to the end, but the staff took care of us. Location was great, we were going to WoW at Bass Pro the next day. Staff was great, even gave us an anniversary card for our 25th Anniversary

Cons:

Thought a little outdated for a Basspro affiliate.

For no longer than we were there it was it was fine. Every employee was friendly and courteous.
Pros:

Just across the street from the aquarium, so that was handy. Breakfast was decent but they had trouble keeping up with the crowd.

Cons:

Pool area had so much chlorine your eyes burned just being in the room. Other guests were having the same experience. Rooms seemed really small for the price.

It was pleasant and peaceful.
Pros:

The breakfast room is nice. The beds are comfy. The staff is nice.

Cons:

The chlorine in the pool the first 2 days we were there was to much. My granddaughter coughed alot when she was in the pool. We had to buy Visine as our eyes red/burned. Third day we were there it was better. Wish pool was bigger but it is beautifully made.

Springfield stay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked - a very standard hotel breakfast.

Cons:

Felt price was very high for what we were getting. Rooms are not big and are very average --- which is fine --- but we felt the price was high in comparison to other similar hotels. We also didn't realize we would have to drive to the Aquarium/Museum/Bass Pro. We chose this based on location, but really could have stayed anywhere given we needed to drive regardless.

Pros:

Location and cute place it was perfect for our visit. We brought our grown kids and grand baby to the aquarium and then planned on a relaxing night at the pool and a movie with the kids. The pool was freezing! Then our room was hot the ac was running but it was so warm in our room we called for a fan and the lady brought us up a small ac unit which was amazing! But it wouldn’t stay on. We called the front desk to see about moving rooms-no answer, then my kids locked themselves out, no front desk anywhere and there were other customers waiting to check in. Thunderstorm warning I called front desk to see where to take shelter if needed again no answer.
