Pros:

Great staff close to imperial palace. It was always great to come back to the hotel after exploring Tokyo the water pressure in the shower melted away all the aches.

The room was clean and well stocked with amenities. The staff is unbelievably attentive. It is very centrally located to great shopping and eating. We have stayed here as a couple and with family and we have all love this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The staff is amazing.

The level of service and the politeness of the staff at all levels are beyond excellent. The Imperial Hotel demonstrates Japanese hospitality at its best.

The property's location is ideal for travellers seeking proximity to Ginza but not be in its busy centre. Ginza high street is about a 10-minute walk and you will discover many interesting places to eat along the way. Hibiya Park lies in front of the hotel and is the perfect place for a run. Runners can do the Imperial Palace circuit, less than a kilometre away.
