Do not recommend!
Pros:

The blueberry muffin I got from the breakfast

Cons:

Only woman staying in the hotel and The Maintenance came in after I instructed him not too. Also I was not comfortable with him coming in my room because I’m a woman and I was along he got into an argument with me after I went to the front desk. He literally came up to my face and was going to fight me. It was crazy. I highly recommend if you’re a woman. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Rooms were not cleaned.
Pros:

Front desk person was nice.

Cons:

First room was not cleaned. Dog hair was everywhere; on the towels, and sheets. The covers had stains on it as if it wasn’t cleaned. The night stands had crumbs on it and was not wiped off from the previous people. The second room had dead bugs in them. With no toilet tissue. And there was hair in the second room.

Everything!!!! the property had roaches, it had black mold on the walls and in the showers. they had leaks everywhere the whole place just needs remodeling and it smells like mildew in the rooms

Nice breakfast. Lady working breakfast was extremely nice and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunate conditions
Pros:

The lobby was nice!

Cons:

The refrigerator was dirty, the walk in shower was half cleaned. There was trash in the bathroom trash upon entering the room. Someone left 5 nails on the desk next to the lamp. There was only one bath towel available for a two night stay. No ice machine on the third floor, which is something the front desk should have alerted the guess to during check in. We made multiple trips to the front desk for defective keys to the room. That was really unfortunate due getting in late and tired. Under the desk was an empty key cover on the floor from a previous stay.

Pros:

Room was clean and quiet. Plenty of towels and great bathroom toiletries (that shampoo and conditioner were fantastic!). Great having a mini fridge and microwave in room.

Cons:

Only things that could use improvement would be 1. usb ports on bedside lamps - not a problem if you have adaptors with you to plug into power. 2. We travel with a firestick to plug into hotel room tvs so we can watch Netflix etc. The power outlet behind the TV that we plug the firestick into will ONLY work if the lightswitch by the door is turned on. Which kind of sucked having the light on all night (we sleep with the TV on).
We always enjoy our stay there though!
