Lovely stay in san francisco

Me and my wife stayed in the hotel zeppelin San Francisco from the 31st January to 2nd of feb I must say we found the hotel very comfortable and also in a great position for getting around the town the staff on reception were very welcoming and very helpful especially maria and Jasmine who helped me out with booking a trip when I was stuck so I would definitely return there and would recommend the hotel zeppelin to travellers looking for a good hotel to stay in

The Haight on Post Street. Clean Funky Fun at Great Value.

A pleasure. Clean, funky, stylish atmosphere, roomy, great location, great value.

Pros:

Easy to get too and super friendly staff. Hotel room was exactly what I expected. Maria was extremely helpful too. She gave my recommendations around the city and was super sweet. I will be staying here my next SF visit.

Great stay
Pros:

The location is perfect few minutes walk from union square and china town. Our first room was noisy but Lina and Jasmin move us to a better room. Great customer service they're all friendly

Pros:

We had a great stay, and the customer service was amazing. This is definitely our new go-to hotel in San Francisco.

Maria and Jasmine were outstanding no wonder guests mention them so often in the reviews.

They went above and beyond, were incredibly attentive to our questions and requests, and offered so many great recommendations.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Prima plek, gek decor met allemaal bandjes op de muur in de badkamer.
Pros:

Prima plek, behulpzaam personeel, goed schoon.

Cons:

Alles is een beetje oud. Het hotel zit in twee gebouwen met een loopbrug op de 4e, dus het is een eind lopen naar de lift als je in het achterste gebouw zit.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt recht zentral und ist sogar mit dem Cable Car gut erreichbar! Die Innenausstattung ist kreativ (viel schwarz und grau) und passt gut in diese vielfältige Stadt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Stylish Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

Very stylish hotel. The inspiration for the hotel is obvious from the look to the motto, Peace Love and Soul. They had a game room space that was really cool, but tucked away, so I don't think many people take advantage of it.

Cons:

The room was a little dated as most SF buildings are.

The hotel it self was in a good location, lots to do. The game room was nice.

Cons:

The daytime staff was absolutely horrible. They did not take any care or compassion with anyone. They put us the in wrong room and refused to do anything about to due to their supervisor being unavailable. They then charged my card 2 different times after the fees had already shown paid through booking.com. I then had to wait over an hour to get my car back from valet, which would be fine if they were busy. I had to call 3 different times and finally go to he parking garage myself where I found the valet too busy on Instagram to even acknowledge my existence, once he finally did he told me he had more important things to do and would not even give me the keys to my own vehicle. The day AFTER checkout my card was charged AGAIN so I called to speak to a supervisor named Benjamin who was unavailable. I was told by the less than pleasant woman at the front desk that ZERO dollars would be returned to my card for their mistake. This was absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had and would strongly suggest no one stay here. For over $500 for one night I’d rather be at a motel 6.

Pros:

Excellent choice for a conference. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, with a special shoutout to Jazmin, who assisted me with check-in and patiently helped with my reservation. Highly recommended.
