An excellent stay in Beverly Hills - Will visit again!
Pros:

The room was great, very clean, very quiet and comfy. Also in a great location we felt 100% safe and it was very beautiful to walk around Beverly Hills and West Holywood. Also the staff was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything was great.

Great hotel - good location just need bedroom updates
Pros:

Great location - 30 minutes in a taxi from LAX great location - large hotel rooms a little dated but bed was super comfy. Great hotel for exploring.

Cons:

The swimming pool area was closed for refurb and as I was only using this hotel as a lay over hotel I thought a pool would have been nice to laze around but to be honest so much to see around here there was no time for laziness.

Unacceptable check-in policy and poor maintenance – not a true luxury experience.
Cons:

My experience was highly disappointing for several reasons:

Check-in Issues: A 4:00 PM check-in time is already unusually late. When I arrived early and requested a room, I was told nothing was available. However, they immediately offered to "find" a room if I paid for an extra full day. This felt like a dishonest way to extract more money. I was told they would call me when the room was ready, but I didn't get access until 3:30 PM anyway.

Atmosphere: The hotel felt like a construction site. There were cameras and heavy equipment everywhere due to an event, which ruined the luxury ambiance.

Amenities: This is an "eco-friendly" hotel where you fill your own water. However, the machine on my floor was broken. I had to go all the way down to the lobby in the middle of the night just to get water. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
