Not worth the money
Pros:

Hotel lobby is very nice. Gym is great as well

Cons:

- Rooms are outdated and not at expected standards for a 4 star hotel. Felt like 3 stars at best.
- Breakfast is included but only 1 plate per customer? For $400 a night, one would expect either a full buffer or be able to have both an american breakfast and a yogurt order... absurd.

Great people and location and lobby. Interiors need major upgrade

Cons:

Needs major upgrade. Stayed in best suite and no smart tv. Blankets were old and ragged. Pull out sofa unbearable to sleep on…no smart tv.. king bed so soft no support.

Pros:

Had a 2 night stay here and had a fabulous time. The hotel is very quirky, modern and fresh. Room was very spacious and immaculate. It was my wife's birthday when we were there and a massive shout out to Nancy A, she left a card, fruit, macarons, water and a cake. Not only did she keep our room spotless, she went over and above to do this for her and after a very long day it was well received.
I vote for Nancy A as employee of the year!!!

Lovely visit, close to Cedars Sinai which was the purpose of my stay.
Pros:

The delicious complimentary coffee every morning for hotel guests. that was a winner.
Front desk, Tim, was outstanding. All of the staff was very welcoming and made you feel at home.
There was an issue with my room and they moved me to another room immediately.
Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I wish the restaurant was open midday.
