Pros:

Отличная локация, приятный персонал, вид потрясающий из номера на голливудские холмы и надпись Голливуд (но берите этаж выше 6го иначе будете смотреть на крышу академии, которая находится рядом

Cons:

Мне не вернули депозит 600$! Это отвратительно. Я живу в другой стране, мне говорят звоните в бухгалтерию и разбирайтесь, вот вам номер. А я не могу позвонить заграницу. Я не ожидала такого отношения! 4й раз в США, жила отелях в тридцати, никогда такого не было! Хочу получить свои деньги обратно

Perfect stay at Soffitel Beverly Hills
Pros:

Fantastic hotel and location. I have stayed here several times and it is always excellent. Great location and the room was fantastic. I had a penthouse suite which was fully equipped with amenities. The staff is always great. I literally mean every department from front desk, housekeeping to the fantastic bellman. I highly recommend this property.

Comfortable but not good for more than 1 night. Catered towards conference/business stays.
Pros:

The beds were amazingly comfortable. The most comfortable beds we had during our trip. The lobby smelled amazing.

Cons:

The rooms were extremely small for how much the room cost. We also had an adjoining room and could hear everything happening in the room next to ours which made us very aware of how much noise we made and with 2 children it made things difficult. We also didn't get our room cleaned on the first day, and on the second day actually had to request for housekeeping to come and make up our room. Which was disappointing considering how much the stay was.
