Would not go back.
Pros:

Location was easy to interstate and easy on and off. Great breakfast and staff was friendly.

Cons:

Room was terrible. Dark and old. Also didn’t have the room that we booked so ended up with a twin sofa bed.

Carpet was grungy.

Costly when you have pay over 100$ for parking because the public gets parking over we paying guests

I like how close the hotel was to the event we were going to and food/bars walking distance.

Cons:

The parking! They had no parking left by the time we got there. I was told they allow public parking there as well along with valet parking. However there were no valet or any other parking left. We paid over 100$ to public park over night in the garage down the street. You would think a PAYING quest would get first parking option since we spent almost 300$ on the room there. Especially with big events going on! And your booking page states, “onsite parking” and we didn’t get that. Very disappointed!

No clear markings in the garage to show that there are different elevators that go to different hotels. After it was explained at the front desk that its color coded then it was better.

Great hotel in downtown Indy
Pros:

Everything was great about this hotel except for the lack of water refill stations outside of breakfast hours.

Cons:

It would be nice if water was kept out all day instead of just at breakfast, or if there was a water refill station.
