It was exceptional
Pros:

It was cozy and had a nice free breakfast. Staff was friendly and helped with everything we needed.

Cons:

The parking situation was a bit confusing, also you had to pay to park even if you were staying there. It was a discounted fee but it should have been free. Also the location did not have free water on property.

I love staying in the heart of Indianapolis!
Pros:

The staff was very nice. I wish I had gotten a chance to do the breakfast because I'm sure it would have been good. I can't wait to stay there again.

Mostly great with just a couple of hiccups.
Pros:

Brittney at the front desk was incredibly helpful as was the valet team. Rooms were clean, affordable, and suitable for our needs.

Cons:

Parking is expensive. Night front desk worker seemed confused about one of our 8 reservations even though I had them checked-in in advance with front desk earlier in the day. This was very frustrating for one of our team and I had to be called to assist late at night.
