Cons:

I expected to get a free breakfast like most other hotels do. Prices for breakfast food was way too high. Over $57 for 2 slices of avocado toast, a small fruit cup, small yogurt, and 2 coffees? Pretty outrageous. I paid $17 for 2 coffees and a bagel.

Cons:

The entire hotel smelled like mildew, the first floor was the worst, we had to ask for a different floor it was so pungent. The beds were supposed to be Queens but measured to a standard double. The walls were so thin I could hear every conversation and bowel movement of the people next to, and above us. We were told free breakfast from 7-10 but there was none. What we did order at the bistro was outrageously priced, and my order came without half the items that were supposed to be on it.

Pros:

The hallways and room were very musty smelling. They had people working on rooms that had a mess in the areas used by guests. A Pardon Our Mess sign was needed. Bathrooms had mold in the bath/shower. Parts of the guest areas in and around the property were nice and parts were tired.

Room decent but facility grungy.
Pros:

Location and check in was quick and easy. The kids enjoyed the pool. Beds were decent. Parking decent.

Cons:

Whole 1st floor smelled of Marijuana. 1st floor construction we had to walk through. Elevators also smelled of Marijuana. Experienced this EVERY time we went on elevators and on 1st floor. Carpets in halls were very dirty and stained. Room was very hot on arrival.
