They had zero breakfast, and doubled charges by error. .then had a $400.00 hold on my card they they forgot to remove 10 days later it dropped off .
Double charged,
When I asked if I could have an early check in, I was told yes. When I arrived on site, the woman had told me they weren’t supposed to allow that. But got us into our room, which was dirty. I made beds, dirty wash clothes on the counter, trash. Pool was closed all weekend. Kept being told it’ll be open the next day then the next. We were told we could swim at a neighboring hotel. They refused to let us swim. For the price we paid for our hotel, it wasn’t the greatest.

Upon arriving, there was not anything that I liked.
No pool when stated the pool was open, no bar when stated there was one, and mold in the air vent. The hallways were so hot and muggy there has to mold there as well.

Everything paid extra for breakfast but didn't get it either day because worker didn't come to work, expected outdoor pool which was not open, tv volume was up to the max and couldn't turn down and the maintenance person was supposed to come fix both days but never showed. Was charged a deposit for both days which was not expected.
Very disappointed that breakfast was not available. We were on a long driving trip and had calculated having our breakfast on the premises, which is why we chose this hotel. Nothing doing. Because of staff shortage, simply nothing available. No notice, no adjustments that we’ve been made aware of. Felt like the staff is stretched thin. Too bad. I will think twice before booking with your company again.
The cabinet door for the fridge was off one of the hinges. The shower had tape that looked like something had been removed from the wall and the water on the shower squeeled.

The lady at the front desk ignored my reservation because she didn’t approve of what I had on so I canceled the room and still haven’t received my money
