the pool and the ac in the rooms where u can change the temperature. the employees are very very nice and helpful

Pros:

I like that It was walking distance from the beach.

Cons:

The front desk lady was very rude and had an attitude from the moment I walked in. After going to swim in the middle of the night, we came back to the hotel and the man working the front counter, made up a story for the police to escort us off the property. So we didn't even get to stay the night.

Location perfect but non working tv, ac, mini fridge no microwave or coffee machine and roaches.
Pros:

The location was perfectly close to the beach and close to the convention center.

Cons:

Update your listings to under renovation. Motel tv was nonfunctional at all, AC didn't work, no microwave, no coffee machine, mini fridge stopped working and left a big water puddle, and to finish it off the room had roaches. Deposit fee was waived but if there would have been another hotel with rooms available I would have left.

GREAT PRICE, SUPERB & FRIENDLY STAFF!! GREAT VALUE in this TOURIST TOWN

STAFF were ALL Islanders and very pleasant people. Also, it was NEXT to a GREAT WAFFLE HOUSE w/ economical & tasty food!!! HOTEL had hot coffee on a Daily basis. Nice view of the Sea just across SEAWALL BLVD!!!

Cons:

Only thing was that certain rooms were being REMODELED & UPDATED -- but there was VERY LITTLE NOISE. Very little.

Easy access to beachfront as well as eateries.

Cons:

Construction had us with no TV. Limited access to parking. AC was not working well. Very humid in the room. Hair in the shower. Floors didn't look like they had been cleaned with anything except a broom
