GREAT PRICE, SUPERB & FRIENDLY STAFF!! GREAT VALUE in this TOURIST TOWN
Pros:

STAFF were ALL Islanders and very pleasant people. Also, it was NEXT to a GREAT WAFFLE HOUSE w/ economical & tasty food!!! HOTEL had hot coffee on a Daily basis. Nice view of the Sea just across SEAWALL BLVD!!!

Cons:

Only thing was that certain rooms were being REMODELED & UPDATED -- but there was VERY LITTLE NOISE. Very little.

Easy access to beachfront as well as eateries.

Cons:

Construction had us with no TV. Limited access to parking. AC was not working well. Very humid in the room. Hair in the shower. Floors didn't look like they had been cleaned with anything except a broom

Don't waste your time or money on this place!!

Very nice location. Next to restaurants and minutes from the beach.

Cons:

The room had a very bad odor. There was also roaches. As soon as I got in the room my family and I killed 5 roaches. There was about 4 more living behind the small refrigerator. Also they put us in a room knowing the television was broken. My husband asked if we can switch rooms, and they said no, and they were aware that the TV didn't work. I was upset about this, why make a family pay to sleep in a mess of a room. Absolutely horrible. I almost slept in my car.

Perfectly clean and comfortable accommodations for an overnight stay.
Cons:

The facility was being painted with spray paint. We had planned to leave our car there while on a cruise. We changed our plans so we wouldn’t risk paint overspray on our vehicles.
I wish there had been a better plan in place to shuttle us to the cruise terminal. That also contributed to changing our plans.
