Cons:

Didn't find out until I arrived that motel was doing renovation and most of rooms were not usable and not TV service, bugs in the room and decor and equipment in the room was very outdated.

Clean out the crackheads
Pros:

There was a cigarette butt in the toilet they were gnats flying all over the room a crackhead came to the door and introduced himself and said it's good that there are bloods in the neighborhood then went on down as he stared in my room when he walked by it was creepy

Made reservations months ago was not informed any pf the construction. No TV on the room was wasn't made aware of that until check in. Would of went with a another hotel had we been made a aware and it was too late for us to stay anywhere else. Horrible experience and felt we should of been giving a discount or something. Well never book with yall again bc of the that. Made the night we didn't send in Galvestion not comfortable at all. If I could give a zero I would

No television, no telephone , floor dirty, MOLD was on the ceiling surrounding the fire alarm. We were not told that the motel was being renovated.

Paying twice ruined my adventure. Location very good
Pros:

Location was near perfect. Entire property appears neglected for years. Construction materials and debris everywhere. Need a sign easier to see with lights etc.

Cons:

Online prepaid reservation ignored. Charged twice. It needed a lot of work to b worth over $200 night. Desperately needed paint job. Rust evident in several places. Construction debris easily trips guests.

Cons:

I went for a little getaway with my daughter. Drove 5 hours after work, just to get there and they refuse to give us a room. Stating they can’t find my reservation. Contacting booking.com whom I got the hotel room from. They said the property told them there was a glitch in the system id get a refund. Never got the refund now they state I never showed up. I had to book a last minute more expensive room due to this.

No breakfast of any kind No kitchen only good thing was the staff. They were kind, but only one person and the wait was a little long for some.

Cons:

Under construction supplies everywhere almost every room ripped out. Room not ready to rent...no plates on outlets, no bulbs in lights, told us light bulbs still in china??? Not ready for customer at all. The staff were friendly,offered a refund but no other hotels available. Once completed it may be better. Light bulbs can be purchased at Walmart so not sure why we had no lights or wires hanging out of sockets with no plates on them
