Pros:

Everything was great. Free use of laundry room which was located right next to mine.

Cons:

Charged me again after booking.com has charged me in advance. That caused a lot of issues.

Worst bed ever
Pros:

I stay in hotels 25-30 nights a year and I can honestly say this is one of — if not THE— worst hotel beds ever. I could barely sleep- it’s hard as a rock AND you can feel the springs. Unbelievably bad. Do better, Marriott.

Pros:

The staff at The Courtyard provided excellent customer service! Eshawn, Laura and Richard were all great. Shuttle driver was kind as can be too!

Just don’t!
Pros:

Michael at the front desk is the only. reason the rating is this high. He was super friendly but nothing can make up for the condition of the hotel. The rooms are damp and smell of mildew. There is condensation on the sliding glass doors to the balcony indicating an issue with the glass. Any upgrades to the property were made to the common areas not the rooms. I don't know how the property received so many positive reviews. I am glad we are only staying for one night.
