AMAZING Experience with Mia
Pros:

Mia provided a truly exceptional and warm customer service experience from start to finish last night during my check-in process. She recognized my Ambassador status immediately, upgraded me to a suite, and provided some complimentary welcome gifts to make my visit more enjoyable. She honestly provided some of the best Marriott customer service that I have ever experienced, and did it with the biggest smile. I would 100% recommend her and this property for guests in the JAX airport needing to be close to the airport. Great associates at this location that will ensure you have an excellent experience!

The kitchen condiments. I had a refrigerator and microwave in the room is a plus for me to include a coffee maker.

Everything was great. Free use of laundry room which was located right next to mine.

Cons:

Worst bed ever
Pros:

I stay in hotels 25-30 nights a year and I can honestly say this is one of — if not THE— worst hotel beds ever. I could barely sleep- it’s hard as a rock AND you can feel the springs. Unbelievably bad. Do better, Marriott.
