Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, denn wir fahren oft zu Konzerten ins Gewandhaus. Auch zur Innenstadt ist es nicht weit und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und an der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Wir kommen immer wieder gern vorbei.

Warum ist es nicht möglich, dass das Hotel eine Einzelrechnung für mich ausstellt?
Ich habe für unsere Gruppe 4 Doppelzimmer bebucht.
Wenn Sie das nicht regeln können, werde ich das nächste mal wieder ein anderes Hotel buchen.
Würde mich freuen, wenn Sie mir für mein Zimmer eine Einzelrechnung zumailen.

Pros:

Nicht viel...

Cons:

Toiletten sehr niedrig montiert, Kaltes Essen und kein Nachlass trotz Reklamation. Schlechte Kommunikation.

Pros:

Die wirkliche zentrale Lage
Nahverkehr quasi vor der Tür
Das Frühstück ist sehr reichlich und wird ständig nachgefüllt

Cons:

Dieses Mal hatte ich ein Zimmer,wo man vom Nachbarhaus hinein sehen konnte.Es war auch sehr hellhörig-man hat die Nachbarn laut reden und die "Obermieter" laufen hören.
Auch fehlte in diesem Zimmer die schöne Fenstersitzbank,wo man einen herrlichen Ausblick zum Augustsplatz hat.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und professionelle Betreuung.
Pros:

sehr gute Aussicht.

Cons:

Der Fön war nicht über längere Zeit betriebsfähig. Nach eine kurzen Zeit schaltete der Thermoschutz den Fön ab. Die Zeit reichte nicht für die Haarpracht meiner Frau. :-(
