Great place for a short city break with good eco touches.
Pros:

Our room was well presented. We liked the sustainability touches. Staff were friendly and the food was very good in the bar area. Water available all the time at the entrance of the hotel which is a great idea.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights. There were three hangers for hanging clothes and no shelves/chest of drawers. Also the place could do with some coat hooks. Bathroom is tiny but useable even though our room was an executive one.

Trendy and Clean hotel in Center of Brussels
Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel; the staff was friendly, and the interiors are trendy, clean, and very well made. The bed and cushions were very comfortable. All amenities were included, even in a tiny space. I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

The heating AC in the room didn't give any heat, but I think this is centrally controlled by the hotel during the wintertime. I wished I could heat the room a little more.

Practical and Central.
Pros:

Very central - walking distance to almost all I had on my list of to-dos. The room was very adequately designed for comfort and work. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower stall hasn’t been refilled and I found out while in the shower :) I suppose can be forgiven since I got the room two hours early.

Pros:

Most of all I want to thank the staff. I am well travelled and at most hotels the staff members are pleasant. However, I have yet to meet staff who are so dedicated in every way especially to seeing that the guest are seen to 100% - amazing!! I had a slight problem with the TV it was immediately taken care of. I had the air-conditioner on "cool" and that too was immediately regulated - all with a smile!! The room was cozy, perfect and the hotel is so, so central. Breakfast for me was great, best of all the fresh fruit salad. THANK YOU SO MUCH,

θα επελεγα και παλι το ξενοδοχείο αυτό,ζεστό, οικείο,κεντρικό και οι υπάλληλοι όλοι εξαιρετικοί.
Pros:

το πρωινό ήταν άψογο,πλούσιο και επαρκές. η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια παρα πολύ κεντρικά.

Cons:

ενω ενημερωθηκαμε και είναι στα υπερ η οικολογική στάση του ξενοδοχείου , η αλήθεια είναι οτι χρειάζεται καθαρισμό έστω του μπάνιου στις τρεις ημέρες διαμονής.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The staff is extremely kind, helpful and efficient. The bar downstairs is great and very convenient. It is also close to the vibrant part of the city and business district (as I was there for work). I will definitely choose The Usual again next time when in Brussels.

Pros:

Camera carina, lavabo piccolino, posizione buona! In centro ma per arrivare nella parte più viva devi camminare qualche minuto. Vicino alla fermata della stazione “nord”, quindi comodissimo arrivando dall’aeroporto. Colazione abbastanza buona.

Cons:

Pulizia della camera migliorabile, finestre non apribili, bagno piccolo con poca possibilità d’appoggio. La camera viene pulita dopo 3 gg di permanenza. Se vuoi che venga pulita devi pagare un’extra.
