Good bed and breakfast
Pros:

Very clean, good breakfast, polite service. Everything that was supposed to work worked :)
The parking next door is very affordable.
Gloria L. is great as well as the lady at the reception (day shift)

Cons:

The fridge is loud as well as the AC unit, I had to unplug the fridge - couldn’t sleep with my migraine

The location was in horrible condition, it felt like a scam operation. I was woken up in the middle of the night because they tried to book someone else into my room that was trying to get in. Horrible experience.

The personnel. Especially Aaron he was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Wish we were advised about the renovation couldn’t sleep in, startled my mom a couple of times. Ladies that work at the breakfast area were not very friendly and food was not too good.

I would not be booking this hotel again. This hotel was in Washington DC, and I was traveling all the way from Suffolk,
Pros:

The accommodations that was supposed to have been added, was not what was in the description when I booked the hotel but it was fairly clean

Cons:

When I booked the hotel, I booked the King suite with the overview when you look outside of my window you see the top of the 711 convenient store that’s next-door to the hotel and you see bombs standing outside of the hotel. There was no phone in the room where I could even call downstairs to the front desk I had to use my cell phone. The TV in the room kept losing Internet so I would have to use my Wi-Fi off in My Personal Phone just to be able to watch the TV. There was not enough clean towels in the room once again I could not even call downstairs to let them know.

There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a convenience store nearby. Not far from metro.

Cons:

upper level over my room under renovation room, There is noise disturbance.

After midnight, there was noise from the hallway, coming from someone entering another room.

Pros:

Aaron and all other employees were helpful and professional at all times. Having an included breakfast buffet with the room is an enjoyable great way to start the day before visiting the city sites. Thank you!

Pros:

Due to overbooking, my reservation was canceled by the hotel on the day of my arrival. I was not notified. The status of the reservation remained confirmed on booking.com.

At 10pm, upon arrival at the hotel, I had to find a new hotel. Booking.com did not refund me the entire difference in cost between the reservations.
