Great value and quiet.
Pros:

Nice and quiet on the top floor, however, we were originally given a connecting room and quickly asked to change to a non-connecting room.

Nice for a motel but for comparable money you could stay at a nicer place.
Pros:

It is a nicer room than you expect for a motel.

Cons:

High price for a motel; a car sat outside our room
In the motel parking lot at 2 am blaring loud music for 15 minutes and nothing was done about it.

The hotel is affordable and quite near to the airport.

Cons:

There was groups of (possibly) youngers (teens) near to our room, making so much noise, which, along with the airplanes, did not allow us to sleep properly. The breakfast does not have a hot options and poorly tasteful options were available.

Thanks for having a blow dryer! Great location easy walk to the strip. Surprised it was so quiet.
