Location and view is good. The hotel is very accessible and near by everything you need. Staff is courteous and accommodating.

Cons:

It's very cheap and rooms are smelly maybe because we booked smoking rooms by mistake. But still wouldn't recommend it for a family. Breakfast options are really limited.

Budget friendly, comfortable stay, close to JMU.
Pros:

Bed and Pillows were super comfy. Clean room with coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator. Staff was friendly and had available breakfast. Easy check in.

Cons:

Breakfast was basic and light options. Waffles are the one hot food item.
