Good Value, clean rooms.
Pros:

This our "go to" motel when we are in Menifee visiting family and friends. We have stayed several times and it has always met our expectations. It's a great value for the money. The rooms have always been spotless and fresh. The A/C during the hot months always works just fine. It's no frills, just a good place to sleep safely. I checked out the pool area, it is well kept and clean. There is a Wendy's right next door, that is convenient for families. Parking is free which is nice. The same lady has been at the front desk the last couple of stays, she is very nice. No continental breakfast however, they have a nice coffee machine available from 6am to 10am and the coffee is good.

Cons:

I have no complaints or anything negative to say about this motel.

We found a large beetle in the bathroom. But it went away. Never saw it again and no other bugs were found
