To high in general
Pros:

Our stay was a nightmare both of the nights but second night the worst with the insident the room next to us that ended with police coming and I heard arrested all people in that room that expirience got me sick I understand the people that book in your property is out of your control BUT friends & relstives that lives in menefee said that your motel have bad reputation related to drugs I was not expecting luxury since I can't afford it but a normal place to rest for 2 nights I will say cleanness was not perffect but ok need to be vaccum & mop after each guest furniture was dull but I give office stuff & house keeping 👌 I'M SORRY I'll not recomend Encanto 6 motel to nobody do to our expiriense God bless you!

Cons:

I heard that the trouble people next to us where 7-8 people in one room how come your bussnes do not have more control of that??? Dont you have cámaras in the property that can see how many people go in & out if the rooms? II just think that can be managed better for safety of the guest!!!
