Pros:

The staff is very knowledgeable on how to get around by busses and trains. Let us know where good was. Very friendly, and we will definitely stay again .

Two cockroaches. Broken ice machine one day. Broken front door for a few days. Dirty floors but clean towels and bed sheets. No hairdryer in room. Minimal supplies. Thin walls. Good hot water.

First of all, I did not know smoking rooms still existed so I accidentally booked a smoking room. Since it was a smoking room, it was smelly, dirty, and had a door that is connected to a room adjacent to it so I can hear every single conversation that family had for three days. I probably lost couple years of my life by staying here for past three days. Please double check which room you are booking.
