Perfekt für sightseeing

Wir waren bereits vor drei Jahren zum Städtetrip im Carlton und haben uns dieses Mal wieder dafür entschieden. Perfekte Ausgangslage um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden, aber auch direkter Anschluss an die Metro. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Vom 16. Stock hatten wir eine tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt

Great location and room
Pros:

Exceptional location, rooms are clean and comfortable as well

Cons:

Booked room for 4 pax, paid for breakfast but was confirmed at check-in that it was for 4 pax, but the next morning was told it was only for 2 pax. Didn't have proof of the confirmation but felt embarrassed in front of my guests.

Die Unterkunft war super

Cons:

Ich finde es übertrieben, die Bettwäsche täglich neu zu beziehen, deshalb habe ich das Personal gebeten, nur alle drei Zage zu tun! Die Angestellten waren ungemein freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Banyonun zemininden su gidere doğru şekilde ulaşmıyor, bu da zeminin sürekli ıslak kalmasına ve koku yapmasına neden oluyor. Genel olarak da banyo ve tuvalette kötü bir koku vardı. Oda içerisinde dolaplar eskiydi hatta buzdolabının oldugu dolabın kapağı kırılacaktı.

Great hotel experience, will definitely come back
Pros:

We got upgraded due to my Better Half's birthday, and oh boy, it was superb. Great room, very nice bathtub with a city view. Hotel is close to City Hall metro, so it's easy to get anywhere, airport included. Pool experience was also good.
