As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our facilities, renovation works at the Premier Club Lounge and Premier Wing guest rooms will be carried out in phases from May to December 2026 to elevate your overall stay experience. Premier Club guests are invited to enjoy their club privileges at our Executive Club Lounge located at Main Tower Level 4.

Friendly staff and accommodating our family with earlier check-in after flying in earlier in the day prior to normal check-in.
Absolutely amazing staff who allow us to check-in early and arranged for us as a family to be next door and on the same floor. When we needed extra assistance they were always going above and beyond. Having stayed here in the past this was definitely another amazing stay.
The breakfast was great. The room was very good. The staff were helpful.

Terrible check in services. Unapologetic staff that took more than 30mins to check us in. Didn’t give us the rooms we booked and instead claimed a room upgrade but that room had nothing functioning in it. Terrible smelly 6th floor. Basic rooms with bathroom door falling off, poor bathroom lighting and boring room decor.

The room was very good and the staff were excellent. The hotel is located close to two train stations which made travel a breeze. We forgot a few items in the room and we found them kept for us. Our TV remote was not working and the room service were fast to rectify.
The breakfast was a bit on the expensive side so we chose to eat out.
