Need to let guest check in early when rooms are available and not behave so dogmatically.
Pros:

Excellent location, great rooms and location.

Cons:

The staff was extremely strict and would not allow us to check in any earlier than 3 o'clock even though it was not busy and they could have if they wanted to. We sat in the lobby for 3 hours, we were not happy. Would ask management to look into this.

Pros:

The hotel is within walking distance of the attractions, which is very convenient, this is my second time staying at this hotel and I will choose to stay here again when I come to Singapore in the future.

Clean, professional, fancy, pleasant and friendly hotel choice in a great location at a reasonable price for Singapore!
Pros:

Staff are lovely! Hotel is clean and beautiful. We were offered a free upgrade which really made our stay!
The coffee from Tuxedo Cafe was delicious! And the breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

The pool was freezing cold so I couldn’t actually get in for a swim! But everything else was great!

Pros:

The Location was prefect. Maybe it was the center of Singapore becuase almost everything was brealy per foot. Room was clean. Staff was Ok.

Cons:

I didn't liked the Washroom Style. Wash Basin and vanity was different toilet and shower wash different. No locked and even if you're poo, everyone can hear the sound. That is the most negative part I felt.

Good location, price-quality, kind staff.
Pros:

It is well located and I appreciate that every day, even if I got up and walked off late, they actually cleaned my room and refilled all the services.
Room service was good.
Staff helped us to get taxi really quickly.

Meget centralt beliggende. Blev opgraderet uden at “spørge” og fik det fineste værelse med fantastisk udsigt.
Specielt deres gym var veludstyret, rent og pænt
