Great customer service every one was fantastic
Pros:

Location was perfect for my needs of being so close to the hospital where my mom was staying

I'm not sure if we would return to the hotel again.
Pros:

Shower was not all the way on. Water was still inside the tub and not flowing from the shower head.

Cons:

Our initial room had a non functioning air conditioning unit on a very hot and humid day.
We were preparing to attend a wedding ceremony and it was very hot in the room. Staff was very helpful and accommodating but we had little time to get ready. They did provide another room for when we returned later in the evening which was more comfortable.

We won't be staying here again.
Pros:

Convenient to our activities in Butler County.

Cons:

Carpet was filthy, no toilet paper holder, spiders and spider webs near ceiling, TV connection box hanging down over desk, for two people no closet space and only two drawers, paint peeling in the bathroom, problem with the door lock.

Poor for the price!
Pros:

Comfortable bedding.

Cons:

There was dark hair in the one shower, as well as on the faucet, there were bugs in the other rooms shower. The thermostat was broken in one of the rooms. The elevator was small in the doors were not functioning properly. The swimming pool was closed and I had two young grandsons with me that had hoped to swim. There were no managers on site.

Location was good and the hotel was clean but at $200 per night you expect better.
Pros:

staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The TV did not work in the room because they use the internet, and it kept going in and out. very spotty.
Ice machine was down and had appeared to be down for some time.
Coffee at breakfast was very weak, it looked like iced tea!

Decent hotel with a nice location. I wouldn’t stay again due to the cleanliness and managerial staff.
Pros:

Nice location and spacious rooms

Cons:

The pool was recently closed due to safety regulations. Some staff were great but a manager I spoke to was condescending and rude. The breakfast was extremely small, only offering a few options and not inclusive to diverse diets. Generally clean, but our bathroom was not. Hair, that was not ours, in the shower, as well as built up residue.

Close to where we had to be

Cons:

Phone in room did not work and we found that out because the TV did not work we down to front office she said she would send some up no one showed I went after 30 mins the lady who was supposed to fix it walked by and said hit the imput button told her did she was like I will be there she never showed she could cared less .plus the lady working the counter had her newborn baby in a stroller @ work ? We finally figured out the TV by ourselves the cable was not plugged in to the TV .Also very noisy cars gunfire police and homeless people everywhere.

It was nice other than the pool being closed upon arrival. It was the main reason we booked here.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

No darkening room curtains. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool..and it was closed upon arrival. We were never alerted about it being closed before arriving.

Pros:

near the elevator the staff was very nice and accommodating. They had a wonderful breakfast every morning both hot and cold choices. Also the rooms were clean and inviting.

Cons:

the room wasn't ready at scheduled time even though we were a late check in. handicapped room wasn't available and we ended up on the 3rd floor with a person unable to do stairs granted they had an elevator but what if a fire occured???
