Memorable Stay!
Pros:

I can’t express enough how grateful we are to the front end staff. They gave us an early check-in and moved us to the ground floor right near the lobby when they found out my fiancé was pregnant. We had to check out in a hurry in the middle of the night and the front end staff again made the process seamless and quick! I wish I had caught their names because they definitely deserve to be commended!

Hôtel parfait pour les familles
Pros:

C'est un hôtel complet avec toutes les activités familiales qui s'y trouve. Le gym est très impressionnant, je n'ai jamais vu autant de machines dans un hôtel.

I did not at all appreciate my stay at the hotel,for one we had a room that was not clean,there was empty paper stuff left in a cup in the bathroom,then when we got back from shopping at late hour,we then decide to get the sofa bed ready for the kids to then notice the bed had urine in it ,had not been clean ,we then had to go back to reception to advise ,the guy at reception was nice however we had to pack up our stuff at passed midnight to change rooms . Following morning, no one at reception had left a message advising the next receptionnist the following day that we had asked for later check out til noon so by 11:10 someone was knocking at our room to advise we needed to leave to then also get a call in my room five minutes after that to also say we needed to leave because the lady at reception wasnt advised. I ended up only getting a credit of 50$ for the inconveniance of the sofa bed with urin. Im not impressed

The room was very dirty, dusty, stained and bad odors. There was hair and grime on the bathroom floor and in the shower. The sheets and bedding appeared to be dirty with crumbs/food. Furniture was stained and grime/sticky.

Light in bathroom does not stay on and cannot be turned on again even if you are not done using the room. No light in the sofa area making it impossible to read.

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel.
Des prix donnés à l’accueil 2 fois plus cher que sur Booking.
Arrivés dans les chambres, tout était extrêmement sale. Des cheveux et poils absolument partout ( dans la salle de bain, dans le lit etc…) une moquette dégoûtante et des meubles pleins de poussière. Je me demande même s’ils ont changés les draps…
Les toilettes était taché d’urine et de traces, pareil pour le lavabo et baignoire …
Serviettes tachées .
J’ai dormi habillée et je n’ai pas osé marché pied nus …
Étant passée par booking ils m’ont proposé de ce plaindre à eux en s’excusant mais ils ne pouvaient pas nous proposer deux chambres côte à côte ailleurs.
Je ne recommande pas du tout. Et il ne correspond pas à un 3 étoiles.

L’emplacement proche de Montréal suite à un roadtrip c’était notre dernier arrêt pour le retour à la maison.

Accueil très froid à l’arrivée par les employés’ de la réception
On dirait qu’ils ne sont pas heureux
Propreté des lieux laisse à désirer (tout endroit confondu)
Les draps de notre suite n’avaient pas été changés à notre check in. Je l’ai signalé à la réception mais aucune empathie ressentie et ne semblait pas non plus étonné. Ils ont proposé de changer la chambre mais les enfants étaient déjà prêts à dormir sur le canapé lit et ne voulaient pas partir. Ai donc demandé que quelqu’un change les draps mais personne ne pouvait le faire. J’ai donc demandé un ensemble complet propre pour le faire moi même!
Pas de mouchoirs dans la chambre
Il y avait des bonbons dans le canapé lit à notre arrivée ce qui montre vraiment que c’est pas nettoyé!
Juste un petit savon pour 4 personnes pour se laver.
Cabines de la piscine sales
La fille a l’arcade soupirait lever les yeux au ciel lorsqu’on posait des questions sur les différents forfaits. Aucune recommandation de sa part en fonction des Jeux que nous voulions faire adultes et enfants.
Au Check out aucun côté chaleureux de la réception
Petit dej ok sans plus. Café moyen. Bananes trop mûres (peau marron).

Won’t be returning
Pros:

Worst trip ever. Put us in a dirty room upon check in. We booked a king suite. Put into a double queen. Black mold on ac. Rude woman at front desk. Manager wouldn’t speak to us. Offered a 65$ refund. I asked for the first night to be refunded. They agreed. Haven’t seen the refund. Overall cleanliness was awful. Staff was rude. Such a terrible experience. We have photos of everything.
