Cons:

I was hoping for a late check out, but I was told this could not be accommodated.
The walls were VERY thin. I could hear everything from the room next to mine.

Good value hotel
Pros:

It was nicely located and good value. The front desk, the person working for the breakfast and the housekeepers were all great and very friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t very clean, mostly just the tub. And even though the breakfast was good on our first day, during the second day (2 hours before the end of breakfast) the juice machine broke and they ran out of few items.

Overall, great and comfortable. I would stay here again if given the opportunity.
Pros:

Great location, good size, clean, and easy to find my way around.

The only thing I wish there was is a bottle filling station and an extra light in the room.

Valentines getaway
Pros:

Quick Valentines getaway to our Favorite Place. We always rent a house for the week in the summer. So I’ve never booked a hotel on the Island. Hampton Inn has a good reputation over the years.
It was exactly what I expected. Good service, great value.

Perfect location
Pros:

We have stayed at the Hampton Inn on Hilton Head many times. Convient location! The hotel is clean and comfortable! The people at the front desk are so nice - Terry! Highly recommend!

Good breakfast, accommodating staff, comfortable room and bed.

Cons:

Not crazy about the bathroom sink being located in the hallway to the main area in the room. Poor design in my opinion.
Pillows could use an upgrade.

Pros:

I liked that the room was clean, the price was very reasonable, and it was pet friendly. Location was convenient. They text you after check in to make sure you're room was satisfactory. Staff was friendly.
