Great hotel
Pros:

We had a king bed room and there were 2 comfortable chairs and various lamps to sit and read or eat.

It is definitely aged and requires upgrades. Located right next to the Hilton Head Airport runway so you hear all planes landing until they stop in the evening.

Amazing ,Relaxing Stay
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay, a nice Birthday weekend, we arrived closer to noon and our rooms were ready:) it was perfect , to change and go the beach , it was less than 4 mins away , Everyone was friendly, our rooms were clean and so comfortable omg the bed, the pillows, anything we needed 1 text away. I booked through a 3rd party site and I got a great deal discounts for the 2 rooms for 2 days, the showers were amazing hot water,and is close to a small airport didnt even noticed on how quite is was, the pool was nice and the daily breakfast it was perfect everytime. Highly recommended for families, rooms were so clean and the stay was pleasant, we definitely will be back. So closed to everything it was perfect 👌

It was okay.
Pros:

The location of the hotel. Convenient parking and breakfast.

Cons:

My shower in the bathroom was dirty and had hair from the previous guest. The desk chair had really bad stains. The room curtain had stains.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were made to wait approximately one hour to receive our room, even though we had a fully paid reservation through Booking.com.

The receptionist insisted that the hotel had not received the payment and asked us to contact Booking ourselves to resolve the issue, which should not be the customer’s responsibility. After a long wait, they finally found our reservation in a different folder in their system, confirming that it had been paid all along.

We had just come from a long trip and had an important meeting to attend, which we ended up missing due to this situation and the lack of proper management by the hotel staff.

The lack of organization and customer service was evident. I expected a much more professional experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on what we went through.

Reliable Clean Hotel
Pros:

I’ve stayed here a few times and every time it has been great. It’s your typical Hampton inn, but it’s very clean, quiet, and the rooms are well sized. Cookies in the lobby are a plus, and breakfast is fine for what it is. Great location near the airport and right off the main road on Hilton Head Island.

Good value hotel
Pros:

It was nicely located and good value. The front desk, the person working for the breakfast and the housekeepers were all great and very friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t very clean, mostly just the tub. And even though the breakfast was good on our first day, during the second day (2 hours before the end of breakfast) the juice machine broke and they ran out of few items.
