Perfect location
Pros:

We have stayed at the Hampton Inn on Hilton Head many times. Convient location! The hotel is clean and comfortable! The people at the front desk are so nice - Terry! Highly recommend!

Good breakfast, accommodating staff, comfortable room and bed.

Cons:

Not crazy about the bathroom sink being located in the hallway to the main area in the room. Poor design in my opinion.
Pillows could use an upgrade.

Pros:

I liked that the room was clean, the price was very reasonable, and it was pet friendly. Location was convenient. They text you after check in to make sure you're room was satisfactory. Staff was friendly.

I am more than satisfied and will be returning!
Pros:

The location was incredibly convenient, prices were more than fair, and the staff were very respectful and kind. Not to mention, the free breakfast was wonderfully prepared and displayed.

Pros:

The room I had one uncomfortable chair and very few places to plug in chargers.
The highlight was the breakfast before check out. It was hot well prepared and very enjoyable. The biscuits are excellent

Cons:

What do you hundred dollars it was no view and although it was not a particularly comfortable room.

Pros:

I loved how considerate the staff were around us. They were very kind to us over our Service Dog and providing as much as they could for her.

Cons:

I would say that the only bad thing was that it was hard to find a trolly to unload our stuff.

Great except for lack of cleanup.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic! Especially the sausage and egg biscuits.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned after the first night. Sheets were not changed, Beds were not made, and trash was not thrown out. Towels and linens were not replenished and dirty items were not removed. We were too busy to pursue any follow up so we just said nothing at the time.

It was ok
Pros:

Location was convinient to the beaches.

Cons:

Could have more options for breakfast besides the sausage(pork, which was the only option for meat) could have, chicken, turkey, or beef. A pint of smart water from the fridge cost about $5 was too much.
One of the rooms we booked, was not room serviced at all though stayed 4 nights, though the receptionist promised every other day service. Overall price of the room was too much for the amenities.
