Pros:

La habitación que nos tocó estuvo muy linda, nos sentimos muy cómodos. El lugar está cerca a todo, a la estación de trenes, a los lugares céntricos, restaurantes, etc. todo lo hicimos caminando. Todas las personas del hotel fueron muy amables desde el inicio, nos permitieron guardar las maletas después del check out. En resumen, todo fue excelente. Gracias por su hospitalidad.

Almost worth for the money.
Pros:

Small room that provides everything. All details fit in that small space, and it was clean.

Cons:

The man at the reception wasn't hospitable on the day of my arrival.
This room (single room) is not for tall and slightly overweight people.
The breakfast was not very fresh

A good place to stay in Florence.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine and sufficient. Breakfast officially started at 7.30 a.m, I, however, would recommend to allow guests to have breakfast earlier, when they plan to take early trains for day outings to places outside of Florence.
Our room looked onto the Via della Scala, but the windows were very soundproof and we did not hear the noise of the buzy Via della Scala.
Beds were changed daily, and so were the towels in the bathroom.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit too pokey, but it was very clean.

Pros:

Luogo incantevole e molto curato, oltre che pulito!
Colazione di qualità, sia dolce che salata.
Camera quadrupla con soppalco davvero affascinante, con biancheria che profuma!!
Staff cordiale e sorridente.
Posizione comodissima per chi viaggia in treno.

Hôtel adorable pour gens bien élevés
Pros:

C’est hôtel est très bien tenu et idéalement placé, entre le centre historique et la station de tram. Le personnel est adorable et notre chambre était très belle.
