Great Hotel, Amazing Value
Pros:

First, we arrived at the hotel on a really early long haul flight and were left exhausted and with 6 hours to kill. Upon arrival we mentioned this to the reception staff who let us in to our room early with no fuss and no mention of any charge. This act of excellent service made a huge difference to our short but wonderful stay in Shanghai. Furthermore, our room was great, the breakfast was really good with a decent mix of Chinese and Western food and there was a daily happy hour with a selection of free food and drink. Just a great place and great value.

Прекрасный отель, если не ходить в ресторан на 41 этаже.
Pros:

Расположение. Тихо, спокойно, вдали от трасс и толп туристов. При этом, такси приезжает за пару минут. У персонала в лобби весьма сносный английский и они всегда готовы прийти на помощь. Рестик в лобби, где завтрак весьма не дурен. Свежие фрукты, соки, кофе, жарят яйца с компонентами на выбор, как в курортных отелях. Также в лобби есть бар, жаль, что он рано закрывается.

Cons:

Ресторан на верху. В рекламе одно, на деле -хрючево по баснословным ценам. Официанты отвратительные. Персонал даже не знает открыты они или нет. При весьма скудном меню, которое кстати отвратительно переведено на английский, наличие простого сухого белого вина не гарантировано.

La verdad que nada.

Cons:

Dentro de la habitación muchisima humedad, vijos muebles y la ducha rota. Parece un hostal. La cama horrible, las almohadas parecen que tenía mas años que yo. Aguante una noche y me fui. Chocos, las cortinas de ducha no valen nada. No puede ser que es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Horrible todo

Расположение хорошее удобное. Номера комфортные. Чисто. Прекрасные завтраки. Хороший бассейн и спа.

Cons:

Заселение. Я планировала, что оплату за номер спишут с указанной мной карты. А на ресепшен при заселении, мне пришлось искать способ для оплаты всей суммы за номер.
