Great value and excellent location
Pros:

Rooms are spacious
Location right next to an underground station (Line 13)
Elevators are plenty and fast
An automatic money exchange machine that exchanged US$ at a reasonable rate.
An automatic cleaning bidet at the toilet.

Cons:

Shower water pressure was average.
Bed covers were too heavy.
