Pros:

Расположение хорошее удобное. Номера комфортные. Чисто. Прекрасные завтраки. Хороший бассейн и спа.

Cons:

Заселение. Я планировала, что оплату за номер спишут с указанной мной карты. А на ресепшен при заселении, мне пришлось искать способ для оплаты всей суммы за номер.

Good, but extras in the hotel are overpriced
Pros:

room cleaning and provide coffee water tea daily

Cons:

everything is overpriced. You walk out the hotel and the prices are 10 times cheaper. Coffee for 8 pounds, a bit more expensive than the most fancy drink at Starbucks, given this is standard amerciano, nothing fancy. Laundy is 5 pounds per 1 t-shirt thats a rip off, cheaper to buy a new t-shirt from the local shop than doing laundy. They make you buy head caps for swimming pool, but hair gets wet anyway. so thats just a waste of money and very unlpleasant experience.

Personalmente mi sono trovato benissimo approfittando di ogni confort messo a disposizione dalla struttura.
Ottima posizione
Buona pulizia delle stanze
Qualità/Prezzo OK

Cons:

Con un po’ di difficoltà siamo riusciti a risolvere un disguido della reception nonostante la barriera linguistica,non parlano inglese, e tutto é andato bene.

Cons:

Очень дорогие завтраки. Непонятная система резервации оплаты, невозврат заблокированных на карте денег

Pros:

The hotel is in a good location for both sightseeing and business trips.

Cons:

The reception service was extremely poor. The receptionist provided no information or guidance about the hotel at all. In addition, although the Wi-Fi was easy to connect to, it did not function properly.
