For the price, for the location, It's OK. But I won't book it for next time.

Stay inside room, I can hear next room's talking.

Gute Lage aber Verbesserungsfähig!
Pros:

Lage ist sehr gut in der Nähe einer Einkaufstrasse und nur 30m von einer Metro Station entfernt!
Die Zimmerreinigungskraft ist sehr sehr freundlich und sorgt für alles.

Cons:

Im Vergleich zu 5 Sterne in Peking (Legendale Hotel) hat das Hotel keine 5 Sterne verdient! (Zimmer viel kleiner, viel weniger Luxus, Bad sehr klein,) eher ein 4 Sterne Hotel.
Der Service der Hotelmitarbeiter am Eingang und Empfang ist nicht gut. Einmal hat uns der Page direkt vor unserer Tür die Tür zugemacht anstatt aufzuhalten (und wir waren mit einem Rollstuhl unterwegs)
Auch beim Frühstück waren die Servicemitarbeiter eher blind!
Frühstück ist beim nachkaufen sehr teuer ca 23€ pro Person!

Konumu güzel merkezi bölgede.
Odalar hergün yemizleniyor.işk gün iki şişe su vardı tüketildiğini görünce 4 şişe su koymaya başladılar.çay yapma imkanı var 2 şer adet siyah ve yeşil çay var.buzdolabı var kendi aldığını koyabilirsin.güzel ortam sakin.

Lovely old hotel in good location. Easy to get to all the attractions. Good for business travellers

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Big posh hotel! The metro is close by too. They upgraded my room to 26th floor apparently and it was nice.

Cons:

Staff not that comfortable speaking English which is surprising as it’s such a big hotel.

Pros:

The location is great

Cons:

The check in is 2pm, however I was forced to wait for another hour as they are short of staffs and unable to clean the room; the hotel only promised to deliver a free fruit bowl for compensation and the delivery is around 10pm in the night. I also asked to borrow scissors for my new clothes tags, this was delayed for 7 hours and after I requested 3 times.

Good base to explore Shanghai
Pros:

Large, well-appointed hotel in a fantastic neighborhood, within walking distance of the French Quarter. Metro station and many dining and shopping options on your doorstep. Amazing revolving restaurant on the 48th floor.

The rooms are spacious by city standards, clean, and well-equipped, although some areas could benefit from a bit of maintenance and care.

The breakfast buffet is good, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming.

If you’re staying on a higher floor, you’re in for some amazing views, which really add to the experience.

Overall, this hotel offers very good value for money.

Super Lage, höchste Zimmerkategorie sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel ist aber eine grosse Einkaufspassage. Direkt um das Hotel befinden sich zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und kleine Shops. Die Gegend hat uns super gefallen. Perfekt für abendliche Spaziergänge. Wir hatten die höchste Zimmerkategorie gebucht und waren mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist super nett. Frühstück war gut. Es gab viel Auswahl und viel frisches Obst, Kaffee ist gut und selbst Brot und Aufschnitt gab es für die Deutschen unter uns.

Cons:

Das Hotel an sich ist aber stark im die Jahre gekommen, was man an vielen Stellen sieht, die renovierungsbedürftig sind. Selbst bei unserer Suite war ein Loch in der Decke der Dusche. Der Spa-Bereich war für mich ein Albtraum, da es super dreckig und unhygienisch war: Onsen voller Hautschuppen (altes Wasser), durchsichtige Decke voller toter Fliegen, Duschen völlig vergilbt, Sauna kaputt. Ich war nach 3 Minuten wieder raus.
