Purtroppo io e la mia amica abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza a partire da subito.
Il personale era scortese e menefreghista, quasi nessuno parlava inglese, in un hotel a 5 stelle che accettano anche stranieri mi aspetto almeno una persona di riferimento che parli inglese.
La colazione era troppo cara per l' offerta e la qualità.
Odore di fogna all' entrata.
Mancanza di deumidificatori nel periodo estivo che è sempre caldo e molto umido, soprattutto se piove.
Moquette sporca e vecchia.
La cosa più grave che è successa è un imprevisto sanitario, abbiamo avuto un' intossicazione alimentare e per due ore e mezzo non abbiamo avuto assistenza, avendo chiamato e richiamato la reception, anche scendendo di persona per ben due volte, questo è stato il fattore più grave a livello umano. Le uniche parole belle che posso spendere sono sul personale delle pulizie che è stato gentile e cortese e premuroso.

Комфортный чистый номер, хорошая кровать, великолепная ванная комната, удобное для осмотра города месторасположение

Cons:

Отель состоит из большого количества зданий, у каждого свое бронирование, нужное найти самостоятельно невозможно (вход со двора, через служебный проезд, навигатор не приводит), персонал на английском не может объяснить, куда идти, не может показать на карте: около получаса бродили с чемоданами, пока из очередного здания все же не отвезли на специальной машинке. Неочевидно, в каком из зданий находится ресторан, бассейн ит т.е. Было бы здорово, если бы на каждом решепшене была распечатка карты, куда можно было бы тыкнуть.

The people who work at the hotel are so nice! Overall it was great, very nice hotel.

Cons:

but the carpet in my room was very very dirty. Like, there was a patch of hard, brown substance caked onto the the carpet. It made the room feel dirty, even tho everything else was super clean and nice tho.
