Great stay
Pros:

Staff were really friendly and helpful

Cons:

Unfortunately there was an issue with our first room. When we went in there was a smell and I stood on a wet patch, upon smelling it smelt like wee. We were given a new room.

Good location but in need of modernisation
Pros:

The hotel is in the French Concession which is a pleasant place to wander around.

Cons:

The hotel was huge and felt impersonal. There was a North and a South building - Booking. com seemed to be auto placed in North building which was very brown and the rooms were in need of modernisation. The details stated that there was an outdoor pool but there was only an indoor one.

The best place to stay if you want to experience 100 years of Shanghai.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful swimming pool and vintage buildings. Best location to everything you need. I will be back again.

スタッフは親切で、部屋はわりと広いです。

Cons:

ミニ冷蔵庫はまったく冷えていなくて、空気洗浄機のフィルターは赤く点灯しても清拭されなかった。11階の寧波料理レストランは高くて味がいまいちでした。

Not bad for the price. A bit old but still ok
Pros:

Location is good and rooms were spacious

Cons:

The Jin Jiang complex is huge so lots of walking just to get to the public street. The rooms felt old and musty even if they were clean. No nearby late night resto or convenience store

Cheap and old hotel but not satisfactory
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Dirty rooms even when cleaned, bath leaked, shower didn’t work, AC didn’t work. Staff didn’t speak English, room service either didn’t answer the phone or the food was horrid when it arrived.

hôtel traditionnel de Shanghai où je descends habituellement. Confort classique et chaleureux, un luxe feutré et un personnel attentionné. C'est mieux de parler quelques mots de chinois.

Cons:

Attention, il y a quelques chambres sans fenêtres, être vigilant au moment de réserver.

Pros:

駅がとても近くて便利。タクシーを使う必要がない。
金額と比較すると部屋は広くて清潔。

Cons:

ホテル自体の敷地が広すぎて慣れていないと少し迷う。
ルームカードの不具合か宿泊中、エレベーターで使用ができなくなった。対応はしてくれたが原因は教えてくれなかった。
近くにコンビニが無いのが少し不便。

품격 있는 호텔. 계속 묵고 싶은 곳.
Pros:

모든 직원들의 전문성과 친절이 가장 좋았습니다. 호텔 입구가 조용하고 평화로워서 좋았습니다. 화장실이 깨끗이 관리되고 있으며, 방이 항상 깨끗이 정돈되어 5성급 호텔다운 면모를 보여주었습니다. 엘레베이터의 층 표시판이 신기하고 재미있었습니다. 수영장이 있어서 좋았습니다. 위치는 더할 나위 없이 좋았습니다.

Cons:

복도 바닥이 카펫이라 짐가방 끌 때 좀 힘들었습니다.
