Diana was amazing! The day time front desk lady was awesome as well. Best sense of humor. Awesome view, loved having a hot tub and pool. Close to so much
The only thing id change is the elevator definitely needs updated. Really slow, stops at level 3 randomly, some of the lights don't show on the buttons especially the up button from bottom floor. Other than that everything was amazing and will be back

Staff and location
Clean
The location was perfect to access the beach, the rooms were comfortable.
Some of the staff were very rude at times. We had a golf cart that required plugging in a cord to charge, they unplugged it, took the cord, and wouldn’t allow us to charge it. Very unprofessional.
Staff were very friendly
Location is good
4th time staying here in the past 14/15 years and I never experienced what I did over the weekend. People not staying at the hotel were able to get in and used the pool, Jacuzzi and beach area, they even washed their hair at the rinse area before they left. I know they weren't staying at the hotel because they didn't have bracelets on and they had their personal things and bags and left when they were done. Not sure how they were able to sneak in or out but I'm sure it wasn't their first time doing it, it was a family of nearly 7 including a small child, teens and adults. They gave the kids who were actually booked at the hotel a hard time, including mine. There are cameras at the hotel, not sure how they didn't catch what was going on. Also, the third floor smelled like weed.
Everything
People .. atmosphere… local…price
nothing went well
poor beach--broken elevator--no on premises eating places--poorly located window units--out dated building in general
Pool and hot tub and close to everything, price is really good as well.
Water wasn’t hot for shower and elevator was broke down first half vacation and I was on 5th (top) floor
The private beach in itself was amazing, but being on the quieter side of town away from all the chaos is what made it so much better. Being able to walk to all the restaurants and stores nearby, as well as only being a 20 minute walk to the main strip.
Not being able to rent chairs or umbrellas on the beach, having to go to the hotels next to us in hopes they have any left to rent.
Location only!
It was just not good! Elevator didn’t work and trekking up to the 5th floor in a non air conditioned hallway SUCKED! The stair way is small so if people are going both up and down u have to wait. No breakfast…is this 1982…what hotel has no breakfast? Horrible will never return!
Priced well for the area.
The room had a musty smell. I wish they had beach chairs on the sand.
The location! Right on the beach with pool access. The room (upgrade) was big & spacious! Out of 4 groups that checked in at the same time I did, my room was the only one not ready, so the lady, not the one working the desk, but a lady who came out from an office, made the decision to upgrade my room so I didn't have to wait, which helped move things along. They do have beach towels to borrow but their 'check-in' of the towels system was sketchy. There was great views from the pool to the ocean!
The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor so we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs, with no offer of help & barely an apology. And they didn't have someone coming to fix it until 3 days after we left. Yes, it's probably out of their control that it broke, but offer assistance with carrying luggage or offer lower-level rooms. The view sucked because we faced a parking garage but with leaning over our balcony, we had a decent view of the beach. The a.c. unit was really gross and rusted on the outside and eventhough it was on auto, it never really shut off. And it was loud while on.
Private beach. Quiet. Location. Large windows looking out to pool and beach. Has small kitchen area. Value. Very helpful. Everyone was nice. Manager very easy to work with.
Have to take out own garbage, long walk.
The beach
Elevator was down. Climbing stairs was difficult with my medical conditions. I don’t require wheelchair accessible. Climbing up and down to the third floor and carrying luggage up and down proved to be painful
Location! Beach and pool access super convenient
The price but it was a holiday weekend.
