Great location. Great spaces and room. Love the small kitchen. Pool and beach were absolutely stunning.

Had a great time but could’ve done without the pot smokers, hallways smelled.

I would stay again
Pros:

It was nice and clean

Cons:

The family 2 doors down were up half the night, yelling, screaming and slamming doors! They were rude when asked to quiet down

Pros:

Great price! Kitchenette in room! Comfortable beds. Stay there every year.
Staff is always nice and even help you get back in your room when you lock yourself out. Lol.

Cons:

It's combursome getting to the beach with lots of stuff going through the 2 doors down by the pool. I would recommend walking around to the side of the building through the parking lot. They have built a nice ramp to roll wagons on to get to the beach.

CAUTION BEFORE BOOKING – Hotel website pictures do NOT represent the ACTUAL CONDITION(s) of the rooms.
Hotel is the WORST!!!
Toilet didn’t work for 24 hours – NO 24 hour “On Call” maintenance staff.
Elevator did NOT work for the entire weekend. They were NOT bothered AT ALL. Only stated the elevator needed a part that would not be available for days. At the PEAK of travel season HOW can this “hole in the wall,” NOT have a MAINTENANCE CONTRACT? What happened to Over Night Delivery of the part?
Room cleaning is done EVERY OTHER DAY.
Rooms are shabby and Not Updated.

Management is the WORST. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Overall this hotel is a low level MOTEL. It’s positioned in between 2 large hotels. On one side the view is of the neighboring hotel parking deck. On the other side is another large hotel that has a huge entertainment section that plays really LOUD MUSIC until 2:00 AM.

This hotel MOTEL – has NO regards for their Customers Inconvenience.

You Pay Upfront IN FULL AT CHECK IN – Once they have YOUR MONEY – YOUR ONLY OPTION IS TO CHECK OUT - AND FIND REAL HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS.

Great location but Okay okay hotel
Pros:

Location was great , has a private access to the beach. outdoor was well maintain .

Cons:

A few concerns:
1) The price does not match the quality of the room. There are better hotels right across the road at the same or even lower rates.
2) The lobby had an unpleasant smell and did not appear clean.
