Budget-friendly place to stay in Chicago
Pros:

A nice, quiet place to stay. The room is a bit small, but clean and comfortable.
It includes a microwave, refrigerator, iron, and a coffee machine.
The breakfast was good, and free parking is a great bonus.

Cons:

The soundproofing is poor, and noise carries easily from the corridor.
A more modern coffee machine and a smart TV with YouTube would be much appreciated.

Pros:

Patrick was awesome, facilities were clean and comfy, good breakfast

Cons:

Neighbors were a problem. Very loud but we were so tired we were mostly able to sleep thru most of it

Nice stay
Pros:

Comfortable room, ample breakfast, helpful staff.

Cons:

Requested early check in 11a-12p when booking was made. Reply from hotel was it'd be possible if a room was available. Arrived at 11:30a, & only then did the clerk say it'd cost $25 more. We got the room several hours later instead at no extra charge. Would've been courtesy to provide that info straight away.

Clean, friendly and great location.
Pros:

We have stayed here a few times and always have a wonderful stay. It is clean and the staff are great. The breakfast is good as well.

Cons:

This has nothing to do about the property but there are always a few very loud people that stay at the property. They all seem to come in after midnight yelling and waking us up and I heard another customer complaining about this as well.
