Staff was amazing! So kind and friendly to us. We had a great stay because of them.
We would have loved for the pool to be open, but recognize that it’s outside and the season wasn’t right for it yet.

The staff was soo nice Dylan was in the front desk and was 10/10 our ac was not working and he quickly responded when I texted him and switched us to another room!

It's a nice place with some nice outside areas as well. Walking distance to all the restaurants makes it even better!
The carpet in our room had some stains on it that were really the only concern....
Our fridge didn't work...and they were right on it trying to fix it. I don't believe it ever came back on and began cooling but the young dude that attempted to fix it was nice and polite.
This is still and has always been our first choice to stay in Anderson when we're in town for the Clemson Brick Forum.
Love the location. Guy at front desk was very nice and tried to help.
Room had a VERY strong dog odor and stained carpet. Hotel was fully booked so nothing they could do. This does not meet Hilton property standards in my opinion.
The staff were very friendly. The location is good. We have stayed here several times when coming to Clemson games.
I know it’s because of the season but it’s the same room. Prices get really high during football season.

The area where rooms are was quiet. The breakfast items needed cut up fresh fruit or a variety of fruit. There were some people loitering in the parking lot one night when we came back to the hotel after being out for a few hours.
The people were very nice and the place was very neat and clean!

Sink would not stop up, toilet ran all the time, beds were very uncomfortable. Many times you would have to stand at the sliding doors to exit or enter. Was told remodeling is happening soon so there was no need to fix anything now.
The room was clean and good size but the pull out bed was horrible. My son complained about it both nights. Also there were no towels for the pool ater asking twice. Ended up walking to our room wet.
We went for state play offs stayed a couple of nights ! We didn’t have an issue with our room but alot of our friends that came and stayed had issues with their air in their rooms , plumbing issues ! And when they reported it they were told a lot of the air conditioners are broke ! When we went down to eat breakfast the milk was out of date and it felt like the heat was on ! Just need a lot of repairs
