Just wonder why every time I book through booking.com our rooms are either near an elevator ice machine or above a swimm

I was pretty disappointed in Hampton Inn. It’s usually our first pick when traveling

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Our tv screen was messed up, told front desk, asked them to replace & they did not. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the first day of our visit. There was an odd, musty smell in the room.

Great people, comfy stay
Pros:

Staff was amazing! So kind and friendly to us. We had a great stay because of them.

Cons:

We would have loved for the pool to be open, but recognize that it’s outside and the season wasn’t right for it yet.
