Great location
Our room was really nice, but they put us in the same section as a bunch of kids very loud really noisy all the way up till 10 PM
Kind staff
The breakfast was good.
Our tv screen was messed up, told front desk, asked them to replace & they did not. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the first day of our visit. There was an odd, musty smell in the room.
Staff was amazing! So kind and friendly to us. We had a great stay because of them.
We would have loved for the pool to be open, but recognize that it’s outside and the season wasn’t right for it yet.

It's a nice place with some nice outside areas as well. Walking distance to all the restaurants makes it even better!
The carpet in our room had some stains on it that were really the only concern....
Our fridge didn't work...and they were right on it trying to fix it. I don't believe it ever came back on and began cooling but the young dude that attempted to fix it was nice and polite.
This is still and has always been our first choice to stay in Anderson when we're in town for the Clemson Brick Forum.
Love the location. Guy at front desk was very nice and tried to help.
Room had a VERY strong dog odor and stained carpet. Hotel was fully booked so nothing they could do. This does not meet Hilton property standards in my opinion.
The staff were very friendly. The location is good. We have stayed here several times when coming to Clemson games.
I know it’s because of the season but it’s the same room. Prices get really high during football season.
