Leider macht der Wellnessbereich erst um 13 Uhr auf, Badezimmer im Zimmer aus Glas unangenehm und zur Anreise ohne auto benötigt man von Bahnhof ein Taxi

Amazing mountain cottage experience
Pros:

The facilities and the views were amazing, this hotel highly exceeded our expectations! The spa was one of the best ever, with 3 different temperature saunas and a lovely steam room. The food was delicious and homey and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The pillows were slightly flat and uncomfortable. I would also suggest to have the menus in English for non German speakers.

Beautiful location, but serious communication and accessibility issues

We stayed at Feuriger Tatzlwurm to celebrate my birthday. The location and mountain views are absolutely stunning, and the room was well designed. The hotel allowed us to store luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was appreciated. At dinner (extra charge), they decorated the table for my birthday and offered a complimentary shot, which was a kind gesture.

However, several serious issues overshadowed the stay.
Before arrival, I clearly informed the hotel that I travel with a certified service dog. I received a written demand to pay €20 per day for the dog. After I explained that under German law (BGG §12e) service animals must not be charged extra fees, the hotel stopped responding entirely. My emails sent on January 26 and afterward remained unanswered for more than 10 days, including before our arrival. There was no apology or clarification provided in advance. Only at the moment of payment was I told that the dog would not be charged.
This lack of response and the initial demand caused significant stress before what was meant to be a birthday celebration.
The spa was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Although advertised as open from 7:00 AM, until around 10:00 AM only the pool and jacuzzi were operating; none of the saunas were functioning. Spa treatments can only be booked by phone and all information is available only in German. As a non-German speaker, I was unable to book a massage at all.
The sauna area is mixed nude and children were present, which may be uncomfortable for some guests.
The restaurant is expensive with limited options.
Overall, the hotel is visually beautiful, but the communication, accessibility for international guests, and handling of a disabled guest with a service dog were disappointing and caused unnecessary stress during a special occasion.
