Overall loved it and will be back!!!
Pros:

Beautiful setting and felt like being transported 80/90 years in time. The attention to detail was 100% there. You walk out and you're right in the beach too!!!

Cons:

The AC unit seems very old and noisy, it woke me up each time it was going off/on with a bang!

Prime location by the sea but hotel getting quite tired.
Pros:

The location was fantastic on the front of Santa Monica and the restaurants and bar on site were excellent.

Cons:

The gym was extremely small and unusable and the partial sea view room we booked and paid for had no view whatsoever.
