Spałem tam jedną noc - pokój bardzo ładny, na śniadaniu wszystko co niezbędne w bardzo miły otoczeniu. Dodatkowo hotel oferuje dostęp do siłowni która jest dosłownie budynek obok i ma świetną jakość Gorąco polecam.

Pretty hotel, fine comfortable room but dining areas experience no good
Pros:

The room itself was fine. Would leave a better rating, but had an awkward and unpleasant experience on the morning of check out. We were told at check in by reception that breakfast went until 11 am. The hotel website also has 11am. Tried to go eat at 10:30 and was told, by I guess the manager, that it was over at 10:30, like duh-so then we went to the restaurant down by the lobby and had to find someone to help us to see if the place was open and I’m guessing it was another manager popped out of the kitchen door and looked at us like we had two heads and gave us a sarcastic “um, yes “. Finally had to flat out ask if we could be seated. Real chilly guy and acted like we were putting him out. Not a very warm fuzzy from either dining areas. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Friendly staff
Pros:

We arrived thursday morning and kevin kindly did eveything he could to get us into a room as quickly as possible and after a long flight, that was exactly what we needed!!! The room we walked into was quiet and clean, we were also informed that the minibar/snacks were all complimentary. overall i loved the hotel, the restaurant’s food is excellent and the incredible staff really makes the entire experience stand out.

Good location; private; not a busy business hotel. The staff remembered us and greeted us by name. It felt like a family. Breakfast was not located in a lobby full of people.

Cons:

Parking very expensive.

It was great experience

This hotel is incredible. The hospitality is exceptional, the breakfast is delicious, and the room was just what i needed. Everyone is friendly, especially Kevin. My 2nd time here and it certainly won’t be my last.

Excellent experience at the Lancaster Hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at the Lancaster Hotel and the staff were kind, helpful and accommodating. The staff was expeditious in addressing our needs in a kind and caring way and the hotel was impeccably clean and located in an area where we could walk to broadway shows, restaurants and a local Catholic Church. The breakfast was high quality with many choice options accommodating diverse food preferences. We would definitely come back if we return to Houston.
