Pros:

This hotel was perfect. Exceptionally clean, delicious breakfast was a highlight of our stay, beautiful and spacious room with lovely views of the city, and location was just perfect. Staff made everything super easy for us. I will definitely come back.

A perfect stay at the Nagoya Kanko Hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location, 3 minute walk from Fushimi station which is only one stop from the Nagoya Main station. We also walked to Nagoya station in about 15 minutes. A nice park opposite and convenience stores, restaurants and shops all around. The staff were very helpful, they provided umbrella’s for us to use as it was raining while we were there, ordered taxi’s, check in was a breeze. Minibar included in our room rate and replenished daily. Beautiful Bvlgari products in the bathroom. Room was very comfortable and spacious with a desk and two lovely wing back chairs and coffee table. Seperate walk in wardrobe/luggage closet with enough room to lay down 2 medium suitcases out of the way. Dressing gowns and slippers provided. 3 restaurants, and a cake/deli, several bars. We loved our 4 night stay at the Nagoya Kanko Hotel

Pros:

スタッフの対応が全員とても素晴らしかった。外国人のスタッフもとても教育されていると思いました。宿泊しているお客さんの質もとても良いと感じた（3歳の娘に声を掛けてくれたり、挨拶してくれたりなど）。ラウンジに子ども向けの絵本や飲み物、お菓子が充実しており大変助かりました。

Cons:

自分はバスとトイレが分かれている方が良い。スパを利用出来たら良かったと思う。洗面所にもティッシュを置いて欲しい。トイレの壁に髪の毛が付着していた。

高級ホテル感を味わえるホテル

2023年にリニューアルオープンしたと聞きました。25年くらい前に名古屋観光ホテルを頻繁に利用していましたので、変わりようにビックリしました。６Fにフロントがあることも斬新で驚きでした。名古屋観光ホテルは、名古屋地区の老舗ホテルで重厚感もある高級ホテルと考えて居ます。ホテルは重厚感、高級感があります。朝食を頂きましたが、会場は解放感のある明るく朝食に相応しい部屋でした。平日のせいかそれほど混雑しておらずゆっくり食事が出来ました。海外からの宿泊者が多いホテルと思います。部屋からフロントに連絡をすると【〇〇様、ありがとうございます】という風に名前を呼ぶ対応は良いと思います。地下鉄駅からも近く便利も良いホテルです。

Cons:

staffの方々は、若い方が多くまだ十分に慣れていない感じがしました。チェックイン時に、朝の新聞サービスがありますと紹介されましたので、お願いしましたが翌日は入っていませんでした。バスタオルも部屋の外に交換品として出していましたが、新しいモノはありませんでした。両方ともフロントに連絡して持ってきて頂きました。SPA施設があるようでしたが、チェックイン時に、案内はされませんでしたので利用はしませんでした。

Luxury stay and friendly welcoming staff
Pros:

We stayed in the Espacio Hotel with lounge access. What a divine experience, everything from our room to the spa/pool areas and lounge area. The included food and beverages in the lounge were delicious and generous. After days of hiking it was the ideal reset, left feeling very pampered. A highlight was also the friendly staff, a standout being Saki who went to great lengths to assist us with an online booking. She is an asset to the hotel! One day we’ll be back
