Pros:

No tap to pay so was very difficult without physical cards to get a payment method. The wallet is useless if the businesss doesn’t have the right technology. It was very frustrating.

Great 1 night stop during travel
Pros:

Staff friendly, check in smooth, rate affordable for a 1 night stay. Easy access off 1-25(some traffic noise from). This hotel is undergoing a full renovation. Our room has not been done, but was comfortable, spacious and clean. We did not check pool out. Continental breakfast good.

The breakfast was good. No napkins. The bed was great (firm). The service was non-existent: no cleaning, towels, etc. The TV didn't work first night, but it was fixed the next day so that was good.

We stayed twice 10 days apart. The first time was better than the second time. The second time our room faced the freeway & was very noisy so not a good sleep. Staff was really nice, bed was comfortable & the breakfast was decent.

Nice stay!

When we first checked in the lady at the desk wasn't very friendly and no smile!! But when we checked out a different lady was very pleasant and friendly something like that makes you want to come back. We had 3 restful nights, the room and the bathroom were clean. Breakfast was nice only thing was no yogurt was offered. The Breakfast lady was friendly and awesome she kept up with whatever was going low for the guests. The carpets are really worn out and dirty in my room and in the hallway, I didn't dare walk barefoot on it. Although there were men working up on my floor down the hall they were not noisy at all. Our room never had our bed linen changed in the three days we were there. But other than all of the above it was a nice stay.

Pros:

A very tired hotel with quite disinterested staff.
There wasn't a plug in the bathtub and the reception had no idea where to locate one.
Breakfast was awful, the only redeeming factor this hotel had was its proximity to the highway north.
